when I try to change main domain, e.g. domain.ru to domain.com, I see that Application Pool changed only for main domain, all additional domain use old Application Pool.

I have a problem with on domain. The domain is the "main-domain" of the customer but it is not shown in the overview /smb/web/view
Not with the User logged in and not with the admin logged in.
But I can change setting, when I call the detail-page manually: /smb/web/overview/id/d:26
I tried to lock/unlock the domain/account, but nothing worked.
I could not see any mistakes in the database.
Deleting and adding the domain would be a trick, but because of having many domains/subdomains and dns-entries this is not my first choice.
I am using Web admin edition .I need to create two subdomains namely sub1.example.com and sub2.example.com with different IP address. So i need to create two webspaces since a webspace cannot have two domians pointing to two different IP. So now to I can create two webspaces set to different IP. But to create sub1.example.com in one webspace and sub2.example.com in another webspace , i need main domain example.com in both the workspace. But if try to create example.com in second webspace it already exists.Because it exists in another webspace. Actually i dont want to create example.com in both webspace. i need to its subdomain in different webspace.
So one solution is to create example.com and sub1.example.com in one webspace and create another webspace using Adding new webspace and specifying domain name as sub2.example.com. But i don't know does the second subdomain will work properly without creating main domain.
If you rename a domain, fail2ban will stop working, since it still tries to open the old path the the web access log.
One workaround is to restart the server after renaming the domain, then fail2ban paths are updated.
I'm using plesk 12.0.18.
My DC put a button on Plesk 12 menu about Purchase domains, i dont went to my customer see this kind of stuff, which file i need to edit to remove this?

I'm setting up a SAAS service which is built on top of Laravel. To put it simply the service itself knows whether its being called from a sub.example.com or just example.com and serves a correct response accordingly. So going to sub.example.com will use the same index.php file as example.com but the routes and controllers within the application will provide a different response. sub.example.com will show a tenant login page where as example.com will show a new tenant subscription page or something else.
So when someone new subscribes I add a new entry to the database with a subdomain name for them and when a request comes from that subdomain and they are logged in it will show them their information. Easy right.
There is a problem though with setting it up with Plesk. When I add a wildcard subdomain, it will look for /subdomains/sub/ for the files which is a bit problematic since I want it to serve the files from the same place as the domain example.com.
Is there a way to configure that so that regardless of the subdomain it will try and serve the exact same content as my main domain?
My requirement is to redirect all hosted domain's webmail to the main hosting webmail url .. how can this be achieved ?

Plesk Panel -> Websites & Domains -> Add new Domain
After the Creation the new Domain does not appear under "Websites & Domains".
I check the domain with

I take a look at the Plesk-Database "psa" with the Build-In "phpMyAdmin"
I take a look at the table "domains" and it looks like the other entries.
The Server was restored a few days before from a Backup. After the restore i had have the problem the "mysql" service did not start. I fixed the problem with the description from [URL] ... (Start mysql in recoverymode, export all data, delete the content of the whole mysql folder /var/lib/mysql folder, init new database and import the exported data). After that all looks fine.
I added a new domain to an existing subscription. I added the domain website as a forward to a domain that has frame forwarding to another domain.
When I go into domains, I can see the domain, but when I open it in control panel, I cannot find the domain.
I need to completely remove it at this point, but can find nowhere to make this happen.
I recently setup Plesk 11.0.9, and I want to setup SimpleDNS into my plesk panel. I installed SimpleDNS 5.2 on the server, and I followed the instructions in this post --> [URL] ...., but when I refresh the components page in the panel, I never have the Simple DNS.I setup port 8053 in SimpleDNS' HTTP API, I accept any ip address, I remove the firewall and Plesk can not see it.

Haven't found many leads on the web as to what this might be.
how to enable AWStats for the domains on my server. In our old Panel (v9.5), I could go Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > Web Hosting Settings, and on that page there was an option to choose between Webalizer/AWStats/None. In version 11.5, I don't see that option.
When I look on the actual Windows server, I do see an AWStats directory along with a Webalizer directory in "C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskAdditional", so I think it's installed...? AWStats comes along as part of the Plesk Panel license, right?
I can see the Webalizer stats when I browse to [URL] ...., but I'd much rather see AWStats.
I Have a WinServer 2008R2SP1 with plesk 11. I am able to access to PControl panel with https://localhost:8443 but not from outside the server (https://serverIP:8443)
The firewall if OK, allowing port 8443.
I tried to open Administration page for my Parallel Plesk Panel, but all the time it's show Loading and nothing happens. It's also not opening on the server trough https://localhost:8443 System redirect me to the address https://localhost:8443/sso/api.php?api=/ui and 10 minutes it's loading...

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have Plesk and SmarterMail running on a server.SmarterMail is setup as 'require SMTP authentication before relaying' email (I think this is standard practice).I cannot get Plesk to send any emails, such as forgotten password reminders and notifications.Plesk tries to send but gets a "550 Authentication is required for relay" error... which is expected, because I can't find anywhere in Plesk to enter the authentication details for the email account being used to send (relay) the emails.
I don't want to setup a 'whitelist' or 'bypass relay authentication' for 127.0.0.1 as I have had a spam issue with this previously.where to enter the username / password details so Plesk Panel can authenticate and send it's emails?

From what I can tell the vhosts on my Plesk Panel keep resetting (I think around once a day), all my webstatistics (AWStats) begin to 404 and I have a Wordpress installed in the root of a domain which is now displaying the "Web Server's Default Page" (any sub-directory of the Wordpress install gives a 404 such as the wp-admin directory). The way I've fixed this temporarily is to run "%plesk_cli%
epair.exe" --update-vhosts-structure. I do not see any errors or warnings in the event viewer or log files.
On another note is there a way to increase the logging for event viewer to include more than just errors (such as informational) to make it easier to track down issues?
Ive bought a wildcard certificate, and its working fine when i use URL....But it does not work when i go to hURL.... seems like the control panel chosing a default one for this.

I have a website works with Crystal Report, it worked with Windows server 2008 and Plesk Panel 10, now I upgrade my windows server to 2012 and plesk 11.5 and I gave this error: Server Error in '/' Application.....Please see the attached file (Error Image)
I check many things, for example I run the website on windows server 2012, just With IIS and it works fine, then I install the plesk 11.5 and take the error again.. now I sure 99% the error related to plesk....
