I installed plesk 12.0.18 on some servers all is running ok but in one server after update the new feature to limit outgoing mail is missing. I installed ModSecurity Web Application and is missing too.Panel is not on Power User mode

I have updated from 11.5 to 12.0 mostly in order to use Fail2Ban.
I have also installed a new Plesk 12 license key to make sure that the license allows Fail2Ban. It says now that Fail2Ban is "On". But I can not find the menu entry to get to the Fail2Ban configuration. It is simply not there... (it is supposed to be in the Securitiy menu in the Tools and Settings section...)
When I click /admin/server-protection/settings/ It takes me to the main page with a message saying

The FTP client shows that successful but no file in the remote server and its lock I saw only / I cannot stroll the client on remote server
Site builders work ok, Wordpress and built software update and publish...
Have the same case for 4 servers (web and pro), the menu in plesk could not show another choice, only fastcgi.
Handlers look like ok:

How to force to display php module ?
I have added name servers and they should be propagated fully as I created them 3 days ago.
The issue is that the domain using these name servers loads fine and then after awhile it goes back to the Plesk default page.. Then after awhile it shows again, etc. I have run reconfiguration command, have restart bind and Plesk. Not sure what else I can do.
This is sort of a test domain I wanted to get working before switching my main sites to these name servers.
domain is webdevoman.com
nameservers are ns1.talkdevelopment.org and ns2.talkdevelopment.org
After an upgrade to version 12 the link 'Show all my webspaces' is missing on the Startpage/Dashboard.
Only the link to create a new own webspace is still present. Are there any settings I haven't found right now to customise this ???
I can get the service list by /usr/local/psa/bin/service –l
But when i try /usr/local/psa/bin/plesk –-status it show error : No such file or directory
When accessing plesk by FTP or the panel, in the root of my domain folder I have the directory
/logs/subdomain.domain.ltd/
But only a subdomain appears, how can I do it to contain logs from another subdomain too?

Been a Plesk user since 8.6, and have to admit the new interface in 10.x and 11.x is taking some getting used to.
First gripe is why is the dropdown list of Webspaces not in any order? I have lots of different webspaces for different customers, and its just in one unorganized list.
Can we change this?
We are unable to change the view to service provider in plesk12. Only power panel seems to show up.

The previous update of magicspam with version 1.0.6 worked fine. There were no changes to the system except the Plesk updates.
After I've upgraded Plesk 1.0.18 to latest version, I'm unable to set protection on directories. Plesk say it is set, but it is not. I can access protected directory without pop-up of login-details. Old protected directories work, but for new one added not working anymore. I also tried by conventional way adding .htaccess and .htpasswd files to the directory, but it does not apply either.

We have installed our plesk servers using parallels plesk mage from AWS market place. We are unable to change the system time from default NOVT.
$ date
Mon Nov 10 13:28:25 NOVT 2014
When we tried changing time to EST from plesk tools / by linking /etc/localtime to /usr/share/zoneinfo/EST
We can see the logs are updated with the EST timings but 'date" command still shows the NOVT.
Due to this installed fail2ban is not working properly due the difference in the system time with logs time.
I setup and enable fail2ban by Plesk 12 (tools and settings). What happens is, few days after i am unable to access this option again. I got time out
I've tried to disable by ssh "fail2ban-client stop" and nothing... the command become loading and never conclude,
how to remove or stop fail2ban ?
I am trying to move a particular domain to a different subscriber but am getting an error. I haven't had any problems with this function before.

My server is saturated in SPAM e-mails being sent from it, however I am struggling in tracing the root of this problem. I have now exhausted 4 IP addresses and our provider is blocking port 25 automatically on a number of occasions now.
I have used the KB article: [URL] .... to trace the highest senders of e-mail, however this has proved to be unsuccessful in finding "all" of the offending domains.
I have suspended e-mail and domains on a number of subscriptions due to the high number of e-mails being sent from the system. I have also enabled outbound mail control and set limits to 10/hr however there are domains attempting to exceed this on an hourly basis. I have investigated these subscriptions but am not able to find anything offending. Is there any feature within plesk that can show me exactly where the spam is coming from...
When i go to tools & setings -> notifications, i have this message:

I tried to open updates & upgrades, with above flow, using the same username and password to log in the panel, on :8443, but the page said the username or password is not valid. attached screenshot....
I am running Debian 7.5 and after a recent re-install of plesk and the os I am unable to download any applications. As soon as I run install wordpress or any other application the download bar just sits at zero.

<username> once was a user existing on the server. But I removed the user some days ago.
Since this morning I cannot reconfigure my web server. This always stops with the error message from above.
Unfortunately there is no clue, where the error could be located. The Abstract.php is crypted, so I am not able to check the where the problem is...
A customer wanted me to install the Google Apps MX records. However, it seems that they are not being created in Route53, at all.
Also if I delete the existing MX reccord the change does not reflect to Route53. Try to replicate?
Fact is that you've put this module in the catalog and would get in touch with you guys to tweak it to perfection as I think it can be a real USP for small hosters like me as this utilises the power of Amazons giant network yet you only have one server to take care of for all your regular hosting.
I have just installed a new Cloudlinux 6.6 Plesk 12 box but am unable to find the additional PHP versions as shown in the attached image.
I'm on update #55.
I'd prefer to use Plesk's built-in PHP versions instead of the Cloudlinux ones.
