I think one of my domain is been misused to send SPAM, and last few days I am receiving many emails with the "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" failure.
Is there any way to check or stop this misuse?
I get an alert that The exim delivery queue size currently has 3000 emails in it waiting to be processed.

Description: On prior versions of Plesk, users could attach Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc) files to messages they are composing in Horde, and then, before sending, click on those attachments to view them to make sure they are correct. After upgrading to 11.5, the following error is shown in Horde instead:
"Fatal error has occured could not display attachment. Details had been logged for the administrator."This issue does not occur with other file types, such as a PDF or text file.Steps to reproduce: Install Plesk 11.5 on Centos 6 x64, create an email in Horde, attach a Word document, before sending, try to view the document.
ACTUAL RESULT: Fatal error has occured could not display attachment. Details had been logged for the administrator.

View 3 Replies View Relatedhow to disable the "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" e-mails from being sent in Exim, and whether it's a good idea?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am running CentOS 5.10 (Final) with Plesk 11.5.30 Update #44 and since a few days have the strangest problem with incoming emails from certain hosts.
The email from known senders produces a relaylock message like:
/var/qmail/bin/relaylock [12345]: mail from 80.80.80.80:59595 (mail.hostname.com)
From what I was able to gather this is regular behaviour with plesk and qmail, indicating that the senders' mailserver has made contact.
Then nothing happens. For hours. 7-10 to be exact. Then the mail is being processed and delivered.
I have a virtual server with CentOS 6.4 (Final) and Plesk 11.5.30 and I would like to increase the database size to import because right now it's only 2MB and I have to put online a website with 10MB.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have one subscription that shows incorrect statistics for the log file size. In the statistics pane it reports 130MB, while on the server in the /var/www/vhosts/domain/logs I only see 1.7MB.
Are there any other locations where logs are kept that are included in the statistics?
I have a client with a download file on 146 MB.Download speed is pretty slow and timeout out around 70MB..
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm having a hard time configuring this setting for nginx on a domain, whatever i try i cant get it to accept files as big as I need. Every time i try i get this red message :
Code:
Configuration Nginx non valide : nginx: [emerg] "client_max_body_size" directive is duplicate in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.fr/conf/vhost_nginx.conf:4 nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed
I followed these instructions: [URL] ....
Strange thing is there was no panel.ini file where the instructions are pointing so i created one, but still, i cant get that directive to work.
Before plesk 12 (with 11.5) i finally got it to work by manually editing some nginx conf file on the server, but i can't find anymore how...
For a particular domain I've got it set to:
Log rotation condition: By size (1024 KB)
Maximum number of log files: 5
Compress log files: Yes
...however the access_log.processed is at 20.4MB. Is this correct? I would have thought it could only get to 5MB in total?
How do I restrict the size of access_log.processed?
I have a new Plesk 11.0.9. #34 server with Centos 6.3 64bit.
I made a few changes in order to be PCI Compliant.
I created a domain and try to send email with no luck.

As you can see from the logs, the pop/imap connection is successful. I login to webmail with the username/password successfully. I can't send from Outlook/thunderbird etc.
Tried to rebuild emails with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam but no luck.

I'm running Plesk 12. I install it today, using the ISO which parallels provides, which includes centos 6.5 and preinstalled Plesk 12 in my vps. Then I logged in plesk, and I did everything it wants. Then I upgraded my php, to php 5.4.36 according to the manual that Paralells provides, and then I tried to increase the max upload file size for phpmyadmin. I have edited my /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini file and tried to restart using with 3 different ways using terminal:
1st: service sw-cp-server restart
2st: /etc/init.d/psa stop
/etc/init.d/psa start
3st: reboot (which rebooted all the vps)
My php.ini file is:
short_open_tag = On
y2k_compliance = Off
output_buffering = Off
max_execution_time = 600
max_input_time = 600
memory_limit = 256M
max_file_uploads = 99999
max_input_vars = 2000
[Code] ....
However, when I'm trying to import a 31mb sql file, I always get that error, and only some of my tables are being imported:
#1153 - Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes
I run few export procedures which take a long time ot process (lots of joined sql) and generate quite large output. Plesk 11.0.x required some php/fcgif adjustments but I got it to work.
Now I switched ot Plesk 12 and have to set it up again.
I started with Plesk / PHP Settings for this domain:
memory_limit set = 2G
max_execution_time = 600
max_input_time = 600
post_max_size = 2G
Default subscription has no setting for above values but I have added them per this domain os not sure why it ignores my 2G value?
Error:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1047527424 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 84 bytes) in
Today I upgraded to Plesk 12 and during the day I got several customers that had problems with their mailbox size. According to Plesk they were exceeding the size, but they've been doing that for years. The setting that these limits don't have any real meaning is ignored after the upgrade...

I'm having difficulty sending an email to another email address (with a different domain) which is on the same VPS.The trouble is, on the other domain's VPS control panel, within the DNS settings, the MX records have been pointed externally (to an exchange server). Their email is turned off. But bizarrely, their mailbox is full.
It seems as though Plesk is ignoring the MX records, and sending MY email internally to the OTHER domain's mailbox on the same VPS.How do I get Plesk to send my mail to the correct EXTERNAL MX records?
