when im trying to enable spam filter for a particular email account i get this mysql error:

i searchd in the psa database but could not find any duplication...
I'm using latest plesk with ubuntu 12.04, apache and nginx, gzip is enabled and working fine, except for JS and CSS files wich have version parameters in the URI, for example :

View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is a clean installation of Plesk, nothing else has been done on the server. After the Plesk 12 Installation I installed the Route53 Extension directly from the Panel.
I authenticated with the Access ID / Secret key, as soon as I start creating Domains I get duplicated zones in Route53. When I delete the Domain from Plesk only one Domain gets deleted, the other one remains.

The strange thing is, in the custom call it lists all the records twice as well..
When I disable the Plesk DNS Template it doesn't create Zones at all, when I then enable the Template per domain it creates one Zone correctly.

I have a couple of clients on my server that happen to do business with a college here locally. For some reason when anyone from the college emails a user on my server, my clients end up getting 20-100 duplicates of the same email. I contacted their IT staff and they say it is on my end and that my server is "cutting off the sending process before it completes". If that was the case, then the user would not receive the first email.
Is there something on my server that could be causing the issue? My server is Plesk 12.0.18 update #38 running Qmail/Courier-IMAP. The server has no issues otherwise.
I'm having a hard time configuring this setting for nginx on a domain, whatever i try i cant get it to accept files as big as I need. Every time i try i get this red message :

Over the weekend, I upgraded from Plesk 10.3 to Plesk 11.5, using the updater in the control panel. Everything seemed to go well. However, this morning I've noticed that some, not all, email accounts are having trouble logging into the server to send and receive mail. - Updating the number of daemons in authdaemonrc
- Restarting the services
I just upgraded my Plesk on Ubuntu (vServer) yesterday. But after the upgrade I couldn't login to the Panel anymore because all I get when I try to reach the panel (https://panel.examplesite.com:8443) is a white screen.
I rebooted the server and restarted the panel as well as Apache several times with no change.
I cannot login to Plesk server with admin credentials as it says Error: Access for administrator from address 'xx.xx.xx.xx' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied. Also I cannot SSH to server and it says connection refused.

It seems like I have got a lot of trouble with Plesk 12 on a CentOS 7 machine.
1. I could not install Plesk properly due to some drweb problem.
2. Than the smb configuration seems only to be implemented partly.
3. Suddenly FTP login is not possible anymore (503 Access denied)
And now even Apache is not running anymore!

After a few minutes or after specific actions Plesk shows the login screen without obvious reason. For example when I am trying to modify a file online and try to save it for the second time it always shows the login screen.
Also, when I enter the credentials I can see that the previous session(s) remain open. I have configured the session idle time to 1000 minutes, although I do not remain idle for 300 min anyway.
After a fresh install on a Debian Wheezy system, I get the following error(s) when trying to access the control panel.

Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

During the installation of Plesk, at first it used the root password, and then had me create an "admin" user.
When I log in using either I don't see any difference in the UI or options. Is there a difference or a reason to use one over the other?
Or is it just to give someone access to admin Plesk without giving them full root password of the server itself?
