Hostfresh.com Not Setting Up Package Or Replying

I recently, 3 days ago, paid for a advanced package for 3 months ($47.85 USD)
Since my debit card appears to be expired, I decided to transfer the money directly from paypal. So I did, and sent a ticket in their billing system with the transfer details.
Yet, I havenīt received any sort of response ever since.
Sent two emails regarding the situation in their billing system, and three more in their support service aswell.
Nothing has happened, I have asked for refund obviously, maybe they have some kind of problem right now. But that is no excuse for not replying whatsoever.

I purchased some services from hostfresh.com but after waiting 3 days for my hosting to be set up (just basic web host space) i decided to switch to wrzhost.com where i was ready to go within 10 min of buying the services. I sent a support ticked to hostfresh(before i asked for the refund) and a lady told me to contact sales , when i told her i was getting no reply she again told me to contact sales so i bought else where. I emailed sales and billing 2 times each and sent 2 support tickets to them over a week and a half but have gotten no reply at all and when i sent a ticket to the lady that was actually replying , she now wont reply to my tickets also.
Anyone else have a problem with them and how did you get your refund?

I ordered a domain from Name and a shared hosting package from Hawk Host. How do I set them up so they work together? I thought all I had to do was add the Hawk Host name servers to my Name account but that doesn't seem to be helping. I don't have any webpages up yet but I do have some files uploaded to be used as a redirect for a game server. The redirect isn't loading properly most of the time and when I type my domain name into a browser my directory won't show up either, just the parking page. I ordered both of these last week.

The type of spam runs we saw late last year (Obama and BofA) are starting to pick up again in volume. We've seen Classmates being used as a theme and two days ago it was fake Facebook messages. Today it's back to fake Bank of America certificates.
As in all previous spam runs it leads to a site prompting you to download a fake Adobe Flash player. This malware steals confidential information and sends it to a web server.
In previous attacks this server was in Ukraine but it has now been moved to Hong Kong. If you see network traffic to the IP address 58.65.232.17 it's a bad sign.

I am currently hosted with HostFresh on their HongKong sever (Shared Hosting) and my site has been down for 7 days now!
I tried emailing them for several days, before calling their US phone line 3 days ago, which I was told they could not help and had to wait for an emailmwhich i replied I had been waiting 3 days for a reply..... later that day I finally get a response for my email which asked what the hell is wrong and when it will be fixed, the simply say- site was nullrouted and have to wait for it to come online
this was 3 days ago now... I have sent 1 (sometimes 2) emails per day since, I currently have 8 open tickets, all ranging from the last 6-7wks - YES... I had open tickets when this all began t do with me paying my bill twice, which i heard nothing for weeks so I did a charge back through PayPal.. another mater.
Does anyone else have this problem with support there?
and with the site?
is there a way I can get my files of the server and DB?
can someone please advise what I should do?
I am hopeless with out them as they have my site files, otherwise i would have dumped them days ago!
by the way, I have emailed them number of times, they just ignore me, I am going to be calling again t the U.S in the morning, though they have no idea, and frankly nor do I - I need my DB it has my whole site for the last 18mths on it - over 10,000 members info.

I have noticed over 10 sites hosted on HostFresh which are abusing my copyright and stealing softwares from a company which I'm affiliated with I sent hostresh email to abuse@ however no actions was taken its been almost a month since I sent the email out.
I asked them nicely to remove that infringing site but they do nothing I sent them another email today Waiting to see what happened and I wanted to bring this here for some advice what should I do if they do nothing after another month? I'm not much expierenced with this but the company is loosing a lot of money and I'm being pressured, hiring a lawyer is a lot of money too so I tried to get it fixed with emails but they dont want to help me solve this.

I took VPS hosting with tersum, and everything was fine until last month, when I emailed support and I did not get any reply to several support tickets. I then messaged via this forum, and got a reply that they will add my email to an email whitelist, and the person who I signed up with Aldo had left the company.
However now my sites are not working and I have sent more support ticket requests of which none have been replied to, and also I have PM via this forum but not received any replies.
Currently all my sites on the VPS server are down, I can not access the control panel, or VPS panel even via their own website as the pages do not exist.
What can I do?
Also I am paying via credit card, is there any way to cancel the payments?

I've just got to rant for a minute. Over the past week I've e-mailed around 15 datacenters asking for quotes. Out of those 15 datacenters, I've received 6 answers.
Granted, these aren't huge datacenters like The Planet and Gigenet that I'm contacting here, but come on... I'm not going to name names, but seriously, if you smaller datacenters want any business you might want to start replying to sales e-mails. This is just getting annoying. Why would anyone waste their time with you if you can't even answer an e-mail or phone call or PM?
All of my e-mails went out to datacenters that have posted in the offers section of WHT in the past 30 days.

vaserv does not reply my emails now that Rus has kindly provided me a refund ( after my node has been wiped and before that my backup took almost 14 days to get made and after that the catastrophe took place)
Ive sent 3 emails asking for this ( maybe 4) and no one replies back..

On the 25th I ordered 10 extra IP's for my server from a BurstNET reseller. A few days ago they went on holiday, leaving me with the order number and some other information. I was told to contact burst and give them all this information so they could forward the information on to me, so I contacted support the day after I ordered and they told me to contact sales and wait until monday.
So it's monday and I send a support ticket to burstnet, now I realised it was a different time there, so I waited 7 hours and nothing, so I replied to my support ticket again, in case somehow they'd missed it, nothing.
It's now been nearly 30 hours since I submitted my second support ticket and nothing, I understand that orders may take sometime to process, but I was told it would "Most likely" be monday when my order is processed, so I didn't expect them to have processed the order, but it's now Tuesday afternoon and nothing.
What's most worrying to me, is no support ticket reply, If they would simply say to me, "Your order will be processed tonight" or whatever, that'd be fine, it's just the lack of communication from them.
Is this something I should get to terms with, IE is it normal burst.net behaviour to wait days before replying? The last 2 support tickets I put in with the technical department regarding my server were answered within minutes, this however has now been over 30 hours.

i have a bunch of sites and some of them are hosted at WebHostingBuzz. One of them just got suspended. Heres what the email said....

Anyone know of any hosting service that provides a FULL Reseller Package on VPS, NOT SHARED.
ALL Reseller Packages I have found are on "shared hosting"?
Why is that?
As a Reseller the most important thing to me for my clients is Isolation and Reliability. I don't want to subject myself or my clients to a shared hosting environment. Isn't this a reasonable request?
I have the budget, but just can't find what I'm looking for. And I don't think I'm asking for the extraordinary for a TRUE RESELLER Package.
Major Points I need:
1. Billing Management Software (WHMCS-clientExec-WHM.AutoPilot-I know I can get it myself, but why not offer it for Resellers?)

If you offer a Reseller Package without billing management software and a merchant account it is NOT a COMPLETE RESELLER PACKAGE. How am I supposed to sell hosting without these?

I currently have a shared Windows hosting package, and my developer has recently requested access to IIS. However, according to the FAQ's of my hosting provider (1&1) this is only possible with a dedicated server - via Remote Desktop.
Is there a basic reason for IIS to be inaccessible on a shared package or is this a limitation of this particular hosting company?

If you are deploying PHP and MySQL along with a site/application, how do you do it? Do you work with the individual components, or do you lean towards ready-made packages?
I use WAMP to develop my applications, and I find it a very simple yet powerful tool for deploying Apache, MySQL and PHP to Windows platforms. I've been looking at the Zend Server today too, which strikes me as very interesting, especially the full version.

Quite often here people suggest negotiating a custom package.
I did that several years back and it has survived a couple of host ownership changes but now it is not being honored by the latest owner.
The price went up without notice (other than a bigger invoice, received too close to the notice period to do anything), and key features I needed have been withdrawn.
I don't suppose I have much option but to move on.
What experience do others have of this?
And for those of you who sell, and maybe have taken on clients from a previous owner, what would your attitude to long term customers be?

I have a Problem with quota. All my account have an Unlimited Package and there quota is 0 MB.
I run following command:

to start a web design and hosting business and am in need of some hosting for it all...
I've looked at the reseller hosting at [url] which looks good, but they said that I cannot host a 'file distribution' web site. Because one of the sites I will be hosting is an eCommerce application that sells videos for download, I'm not sure whether this would be allowed. I read the SLA and I think it would be, as long as the bandwidth didn't exceed 25GB per month.
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of other web hosting packages that might be suitable for everything I need (PHP4, PHP5, MySQL) that weren't too expensive. I don't really want to pay more than Ģ40 per month.
Ideally I'd like unlimited bandwidth and data transfer and web space, but if not, at least enough for a good number of sites!

I'm using Earthlink to host a website, but I think this question is valid for any host.
If you have a hosting account that's on a windows server/MS Windows based and want to switch to a Linux/Unix server account, how would you do this without any downtime?
I assume when they switch the account, all DNS related entries have to be updated so you won't be able to reach the website for a day or so.

With Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (RHEL 4), are updated packages made available, or are only security patches backported? Specifically I'm interested in vsftpd. Version 2.0.1 is included in the RHEL installation on a server I'm working on, but there is a bug fix in v2.0.4 that I'd like to get access to.
Is there an easy way for me to browse / search what packages are available for RHEL 4, preferably via website?

I got this new server with FDC today, I asked for CentOS 5 minimal package installation, when I got the server I checked with rpm -qa |wc -l and seeing 572 packages. I have other CentOS 5 servers running with only 220 packages installed. So I asked the tech to reinstall it but he says the install is as minimal as the default install will allow. it doesn't seem right to me,

I am using CPanel. I just made customized features list and want to update all accounts of my reseller with that feature list. But problem is if I update package, this will update account space/bw, I am some account edit direct for space and bw etc. but thats account have same package name.
Is there any option available that update features list without changing current space + BW.

OpenBSD I just installed a package from ports:
cd /usr/ports/sysadmin/freedt/
make && make install
It worked fine, but I realized that I actually don't want this installed, and I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to uninstall a package using ports!
