we use plesk 12 and server 2012 r2 i want know how can i disable php perl python cgi that resellers can not enable it for their users when add new plan, i do not want my users and users resellers access to php perl python cgi,
I have installed image::magick perl module but its not running error is :--

Prior to using plesk, I had a few sites that had SSL certificates installed, the old fashioned way (manually through IIS). I have now setup those domains in plesk, and I need to somehow make PLESK aware of these SSL certificates.Right now, I setup the domain in plesk, give it a dedicated IP, and allow SSL connections. It chooses the default certificate and my already installed in IIS SSL certificate isnt listed.
Is there any way I can get it listed? I went to the add an SSL area, and it seems that this area is only good for generating new SSL certificates, but mine is good for another 1+ years.The bummer is that for some reason, anytime I make any type of change to the site in plesk, that it seems to overwrite the SSL bindings and changes my manual changes to the correct certificate (through iis) back to the default certificate.
Today, without any change on the server side my single running website on my server started running low. After checking the running processes I realised I have these 8 processes running with high cpu load something that didn't had before.

I just finished installing Plesk control panel on a clean installation on windows server 2008 r2 SP1.
Everything is fine except that even though i have installed php 5.2 (chose to install php 5 along with php 5.3 and 5.4) but php 5.2 does not show up in the panel and plesk ignores it.
I can confirm that the folder corresponding to php 5.2 is in the right place along with the other php versions and i can see that the php.ini file exists in there. but i had no luck getting it to work.
I also cannot see LSAPI handler option in plesk's "website scripts and security" section.
I have a dedicated server here in the UK with fasthosts (win 2008 server, IIS 7), which which has been running fine for nearly a year. it was running plesk 9.2, and then out of the blue it got errors creating a new domain saying that PHP wasn't installed.
PHP was/is installed on the server, and is still running fine within my 12+ domains/websites. at the point of the error it was running 5.3.8 - i had manually upgraded the version outside of Plesk, but it had seen the new version when installing new domains.
When Plesk stopped seeing that PHP was installed, my hosts asked me to upgrade Plesk, as it would solve the issue. I used that ai.exe program, and choose v11.
The control panel installed OK - but I did lose my websites for a while, due to it downgrading my PHP to v5.2, and installing an older MySQL version which tried to use the same ports etc (I also have manually installed mysql v5.5 and have 1gig databases in that installation!).
After chosing the upgrade to 5.3 option in the Plesk control panel, and turning the Plesk installed Mysql v5.1 service off and to disabled in windows services - 'revealing' my 5.5 version, I could at least get my websites up and running once again!
Once all those were running (the priority), I have found that v11 Plesk has the same problem as v9.2, namely that it doesn't think that PHP is installed and available.
The error on installing a new domain;
Error: Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Execute websrvmng --add-domain "--domain-name=testkrispy.co.uk" failed with error code 1: PHP 5 is not installed
Oddly it does see PHP 5.3.15 in the Service components screen, and it's ticked 'green' in that page, so all looks well.
On trying to install a new domain using plesk I get this;
And also on pages such as webmail - it also shows 'PHP not installed' against those webmail clients which would need PHP to run.
Any way to 'force' Plesk to see that the PHP 5.3.15 version that it itself installed (and I've removed the component and re-installed using Plesk).
My list on the server components page;
ASP 7.0.6002.18276 ASP.NET 2.0.50727.4016 FastCGI Support 7.0.6002.22343 Perl v5.10.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread PHP 5.3.15 Python 2.6.5.12 SSI 7.0.6001.18000
I've tried something found on this forum (under the 10.4 area), but that hasn't fixed it;
"C:ParallelsInstallerparallelsPANEL-WIN_11.0.9dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386php53.msi" you will have an option for "repair" - ran that, no difference.
So as it stands, Plesk 11 is running, and most functions work, it just doesn't recognise the PHP install that it put in place... so I can't add software which requires PHP through Plesk, nor add new domains. All existing domains are running and using PHP fine - so it's installed OK.
One error I've noticed on startup - within the PHP error log, is the following - which I'm guessing is coming from the Plesk's own PHP executable (I can see it uses a 5.3.10 version in it's own admin area, with an extended php.ini file? ) I'm guessing the plesk's php.ini extension is trying to double load some dlls (which isn't a problem?) but seems to not find the php_sockets.dll - although that file is in the directory specified!? If it's a php dll around network sockets, maybe it is trying to use those to communicate with a running php instance? (Just guessing here?)

I tried to install Joomla on my server from applications ( Not manualy ) . I go at applications on plesk's panel then i click on Joomla and the click to install it. After that , it shows that it's downloadiing ( Downloading Joomla... ) and it isn't doing anything else. It remained stuck at 0% like forever. I waited more than 2 hours once, and it didn't do anything. It was just stuck at zero. Other applications are working.
I am currently hosting my website on one server with the specs:
2.8ghz Dual Quad-Core processor + 8 gigs of ram + two 500 hard drives with a 50 mbps unmetered bandwidth package.
My current problem lies in high server loads and very slow server performance throughout the day.
I am considering migrating over to The Planet onto server with the specs:
3.0ghz Dual Quad-Core + 18 gigs of ram + two 50gb hard drives with 2TB of monthly bandwidth transfer.
In an attempt to have great bandwidth pricing and server performance, I plan on downgrading my current server with my current host to a lowe-end server and keeping it only to host my VIDEO and MUSIC files with the 50mbps unmetered package. The Planet will then host my database and all other web related files on their new server.
Is this a good idea as an attempt to save money in bandwidth costs and eliminating my server lag issues?
I was offered a setup of a separate web and database server at my current host but from what I have read, no one touches the performance and reliability The Planet has to offer.
I have windows server 2012 and Plesk v12.0.18 #30 - I noticed speed problem.
When I try to connect to mySQL with:
$conn = new mysqli('localhost', 'joomla_***', '*****', 'joomla_test');
Connection takes 1 second!!!When I try to connect with '127.0.0.1' instead of 'localhost' connection takes 0,009 seconds.
1. I tried solution to add line '127.0.0.1 localhost' to c:windowssystem32driversetshosts - but no luck.
2. I tried to edit C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskMySQLDatamy.ini - adding lines bind-address=127.0.0.1 skip-name-resolve then restarted mySql but 1 second lag time on connection was still there.
3. I even tried to disable IPv6 but still no luck
I guess all users windows windows server 2012 has the same problem??!?!...
We have more than 10 domains on the same webspace, sharing the same document root. When we try to add a new domain on the same web space (sharing the same document root) Plesk takes a long time to create it (about 10 minutes). While domain creation, all the other domains sharing the same document root and web space get an authentication error. When Plesk finishes, all domains work again.
I am new to this and it has been a long weeks of struggle just to get my website live on the internet. I can preview it but i can't Open what is the problem? It also not live on the internet. I waited over six days because i was thingking it was still in the process of propagation but nothing happened.
I've got 25 domains on a Virtuozzo/Plesk8.6/CentOS5 VPS. Each domain has one up-to-date install of WordPress, most have very little traffic (average 200mb per month), maybe 2 domains get 5-7gb traffic per month.
I monitor port 80 connections and rarely see more than 10 at a time. That should in my opinion be no problem at all for a VPS with 768mb guaranteed ram and 2.4ghz cpu. I've got 30gb hard drive spare too.
But.... about 8 or 10 times a day it grinds to a complete halt: server load at 500-1000%, sites timing out, plesk takes 3mins to load, often I can't even connect with SSH, and the plesk web server, apache
80 seconds sounds like a huge amount of time for a MySQL insert to me! Does anyone know if this is likely to be the cause of my trouble? Some problem with Plesk and the database? Or could it be something else?
I wanted to select I want PHP 5.4 instead of 5.3 and to disable AWStats for the domain. This is what I got :-(

We have set up a site for a customer anyone goes to view the sites an a default authentication pop up appears, and the only way to view the website is to type in the customers Cpanel Login details.
I've checked the IUSR, IWPD permissions and they are correct. and check the authentication modules and level in IIS and they seems to be correct.
Is there away to set a customers permissions to the default settings?
i have a problem with my plesk 12 Installation on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard machine.
When I select a Website and want to change the php settings for that page it wont apply the new settings.
I placed a phpinfo() file in the Folder of that Website to test that. The weird thing is when i change the memory_limt value it is visible on the phpinfo() but when i change post_max_size or upload_max_filesize nothing changes.
My customers are complaining that my web site is extremely slow in China. But I have never received any complain from outside China (I have talked to non-China users).
What could be the reason behind this? Or how can I find the root cause?
I have a website that I recently moved to a dedicated server. Before hand I had the website hosted with 2 other hosting companies (not dedicated).
I decided to go to a dedicated server because the website ran extremely slow or even went down due to traffic.
With the dedicated server I am having the same problem with the same amount of visitors online. This usually occurs with aprox 250 members online.
I know nothing about servers and have no idea how to cure this problem or if possibly it could be a setting in the server. However this is killing my website because new people are unable to register because of site coming down from traffic.
I have a client who has 3 to 4 websites. His websites are database driven mysql. When we transfered to a new server everything works. Then he requested a iconv and GD installations. Then it was installed. Now all of his sites is impossibly to view but its up. The rest of the clients are doing just fine. What do you think is the problem? we recompiled php several times already same thing.
I seem to be having a problem with slow loading. When I type in a couple of domain names on my browser, I noticed that it will take 2 seconds, before the site will start to load.
On my status bar, it would show "Looking for www.domain.com" during that 2 seconds.
It seems like the DNS is taking a long time to find my IP?
a DNSstuff.com's tools report, shows my DNS as pretty healthy.

from about 3-4 days, the cpu of my server, from an average of 0-15% load, grew up to a constant 80-90-100% cpu load.
There were two processes called php-cgi.exe IWAM_PLESK(default) that, each one, constantly burned 30-40% of cpu load.
So, stopping websites one by one, I found the website that was the cause of the cpu overload.
On my "old" windows vps, there were processes called with the name of the website hosted (for example websitename_web.exe), so it was easy to immediately find exactly what website was involved in the hypotetical cpu or ram overload issue.
For about the last two weeks I've had issues connecting with the website that I help run www.learnoutloud.com from my home connection which is Time Warner Cable Internet connection in Los Angeles. I'm on a Dell laptop Inspiron 6000 running Windows XP. I'm always able to connect to the site but what's happening is the page will get hung up on loading a single image usually and then it will take about a minute just to load that last image. And sometimes the page won't load at all, but all it takes usually is hitting the refresh button and the page loads instantly. I was hoping this issue would just go away, but it's been persistent after numerous restarts of our cable modem and switching from wireless to plugged in and so forth. And it's really only happening for our site and no others, which is just puzzling.
At our office on our DSL connection our site loads fine and we haven't had any customer complaints about the site loading slow like this. Our traffic numbers have stayed steady so I don't think it's a global problem connecting with our site. At home I conduct a trace route and it looks good:
