Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Certificates Not Appearing At Domain Level

We're working with a new Plesk 12 server, I have migrated a bunch of sites from an old server, and all SSL enabled sites and certs have come across correctly, however if I add a new site, and SSL cert, the cert is not selectable at domain level, and is not being served at all.
My process is:
At settings level - create new CSR and enter certificate received from provider.
Then select this cert on the IP address management screen.
This has always worked, and presumably still should. But at domain level, Plesk is only allowing me to select the default cert. And even though I have linked the cert to the IP, it is not being served to browsers.

Using Plesk 12 on CentOS, I'm unable to remove an old expired SSL certificate from one of my domains. It's not actually associated with any other domains either, although the Plesk value of 'Used' is > 1.
Please see this screenshot:
The 'retail' certificate above 'retail 2015' it isn't actually on any other domains - I've checked. So how can I remove it? I can see the 'psa' mysql table, is it safe to remove from there?

I run a VPS with Plesk 12. Can I set SSL certificates for all the domains on this VPS?
I don't need to know how to do it (yet). I'm just wondering if it is possible.
(I have 2 IP addresses to my VPS. I was told the second one was for SSL, but I'm not sure if I need it?)

Not sure why, but for some reason lately our Plesk installation randomly sends us notification emails about alarm level changes which go from Green to yellow, yellow to red, then goes back to normal over time. No changes were made on the server for these constant changes and emails to occur. We have a customer who also has the same issue.. Both focus primarily on nginx with little to no usage of apache.

Is there not a way to change the default for the spam assassin level when creating a new mail account and still have the ability to change it individually if needed?
I changed it in the spamassassin config file /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and in the server mail settings, but it still reads 7 when I create a new account and go to turn on the spam filtering. Does this value come from the db?
I can write a script making api calls? but surely there is a way to change the defaults and still have the ability to change these from the default for each account if needed?

When i add a new domain to plesk, it puts in the correct Name servers in, but it also adds the computers name into the list and when getting it checked out from intodns.com it flags it saying missing Name Servers.
Into DNS : [URL] ....
I have also attached a screenshot showing what DNS Manager is showing.

how to ban an entire top-level domain? For example ban everyone from Russia by coming from the .ru domain? Or everyone from Lithuania by somehow banning everyone coming from .It ip address.
I've had some people from those places try to hack my site and am fed up with it. So I want to ban those two entire countries for the time being using cPanel X's "IP Deny Manager".
By the way I am not a technical person. Just your every day person running a site.

I have two domains as virtual hosts on same IP address.
I am getting certificate error for the second domain when I try to check email (using MS Outlook). I can't permanently "accept" certificate, it complains again and again. Certuficate I created and self signed for imap.domain1.com, but the second email server is imap.domain2.com, so it complains.
How do I set separate email certificates for two domains? Is it possible at all?

How to add an external third level domain to cPanel?
For example, my main domain at cPanel is one.com, so I can easily add subdomains like second.one.com, third.one.com etc.
But what I need is to point first.two.com to my hosting.
I'm a customer, not the server administrator.
A two.com owner has already configured my server's IP in the two.com zone file for that subdomain.

I'm setting my first eCommerce site and right now I need to resolve the following issue.
I need to install (well, the hosting company will do it for me) a SSL certificate and I need to know what is best or common practice, to use domainname.com or www.domainname.com
I don't know what difference it would make but it seems to do so because the hosting company is asking me to choose. Being that I'm clueless about this, I would also appreciate a quick explanation on the benefits or downfalls of using either one.

I can only assume that I have a virus or adware on my server but Acunett says that there is nothing. I double checked all of my email sending php scripts and all of them are secure and not sending any spam. However in my mail queue in WHM I see spam emails and my server's IP keeps getting relisted on the blacklist located at:
[url]
AM I THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD WITH THIS PROBLEM? This is getting frustrating I have probably spent over 200 hours trying to get this resolved but it seems like no one knows what to do. This is hurting my business since I have tons of emails stacked in my queue and being blocked by email providers due to that blacklist. I remove my server's IP successfully and the next day it is blacklisted again. If anything how can I check my linux server for viruses?

I've have a problem with a server : we have create as usual certificate with Tools > SSL certificates.
When we want to put certificate with the domain, we don"t have the "Secure your sites" menu in the "websites and domains" sub category.
Why ? How can i activate the certificate with the domain ?

For a Magento shop I want assign a dedicated IP to a domain. When I choose this second IP in “Subscriptions” --> Change Hosting Settings” and then select this IP under “Tools and Settings --> IP Addresses” as dedicated (or shared too) for this domain, calling the domain results in the Webserver´s default Plesk Page.
The Shopsite is not shown, but was working well with the shared standard IP.
Calling the IP directly with the browser shows the start page of the shop in raw HTML ( no CSS ).
Choosing a link results in a “Not found” page.

I am trying to change the default php settings under domain (upload_max_filesize & post_max_size) but nothing happens. I am running PHP 5.5 in FastCGI. I also changed it to Centos default PHP (5.4.16) but nothing happens again. It only works when PHP runs as Apache module. The problem is on FastCGI Application.
