I was using Plesk Mail system to handle all my mailboxes.But now, I'm using Exchange for some mailboxes, and Plesk for others. All the adresse have the same domain...I've MX10 on my exchange server, and MX50 on Plesk, so when I send an email to an Ex mailbox, it goes on Ex and when the mailbox is not on EX, it checks on Plesk. All of these features work correctly.
My problem is : When an user of Plesk mail send an email, or when an app tries to send an email, I've Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender telling me that my adress does not exist.Same when I try to forward.So, How can I force Plesk to use my MX configuration and not just look in his mailbox list to see if the user exist?

Since 12.0.18, when I go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server, I get this error message on the page:
"Error: The limits on outgoing mail will not work for the subscriptions that have IP addresses from the white list. To make the limits work, remove IP addresses from the mail server's white list".
However, the whitelist page just contains 127.0.0.0/8 and ::1/128, and all my subscriptions have an external IP address which is clearly not in the whitelist.
If you have experience with large mysql databases please share your thoughts about a new MySQL server. If all other parameters are the same, what is better for a 6-10 GB MySQL db, dedicated server?

I just installed Plesk 12 Web Admin Edition, installed and activated all licence keys and everything works fine.The only thing, I can't find the "Service Provider View" in the Interface Settings, there is only a "Power-User" view provided, even I've selected the Service Provider View during Plesk Setup, I was moved to the Power User view and now I can't switch the interface.I am really missing the server health monitoring from this Service Provider View like got it on all other servers I have.
I upgraded from 11 to 12 (centOS) and set outgoing mail limits for mailboxes, domains and subscriptions, as per the documentation at URL....However, it doesn't appear the limits are limiting outgoing mail. As I can still send far more mail than the current limit using a PHP script.

how to configure outgoing mail limits? I've also read through the sendmail documentation but couldn't find anything.
I upgraded Plesk 11.5 to the latest version 12.0.08 # 5 and now I can not configure the external FTP backup I get the error:Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Timeout was reached. Also failing the backup shows this error: Unable to rotate dump: The dump rotation is failed with code '126 'at / opt / psa / admin / bin / plesk_agent_manager line 1041.

just had a server /var full because of an error_log that was 4GB in size. First entries were from 28th of august last year.
Log rotation is configured on the webspace and access.log is rotating. It's set to rotate every 10240kiB.
Since the difference between 10MiB and >4GiB is quite large and there being a lot of errors on 28th august already it should have been rotated way sooner. Even if cron only runs the job once a day.
I am using the Slave DNS manager and I'm getting the following error in /var/log/messages on the slave server when the master/plesk tries to send change notifications.received notify for zone 'example.com': not authoritative
The domain is pointing to ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com, the domains zone on the master has both of these as NS records. And the SOA record lists ns1.mydomain.com as the primary authoritative nameserver.The zone has not been set on the slave server, what would be the cause here?

Since upgrading to v12* I have had issues backing up to my FTP repo, the errors are limited but how to come over it?I have searched and checked all common issues, space on drive, space on destination etc.
I want to colo dual xeon 3ghz/ 2 x 250 sata drive and Dual core 3.0 / 2 x250 Sata drive.
How much amp these server need? One colo company said 4amp for dual and 2 for dual core. Do I need 6amp for 2 servers? Rack comes with 15amp so I need half rack?
We successfully migrated web and email from a Plesk 9.3 system to the new Plesk 12.0 system. Afterwards i try to install new extensions and / or try to delete existing extensions and receive the following error:

Means that i am not able to delete the extension "Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter". But the extension is delete (but not completelly - only a checkbox is shown without entry).
Is something comes with a config of the old server? All works proper until migration.
i have make a full Plesk Backup on my Old Server with Plesk 12.0(Ubuntu) and will restore the Backup on my new Server with Plesk 12.0(CentOS).When i will restore the backup i get this error: "Error: The source file is not a valid XML file.
