Windows Server Online Backup Provider

Due to some recent negative experiences, one of my customers had to cancel their account with IBackup.com's Pro services. It had provided exceptional reliability and did Windows backup of the System State, Exchange Server, SQL, and provided file versions going 30 back. But I couldn't get anywhere with technical support for 2 weeks on why it would freeze during the backups. The final straw came when I installed it to a brand new server and had the same issues.
I'm looking for a suggestion on a provider that does at least file-level backups and Exchange backups. I've looked around online, read reviews, but it doesn't look like the providers do Exchange backup. I don't need mailbox-level backup, just brick-level for disaster recovery. File versions going back (in case a user makes a mistake and wants to restore an old copy) would be nice, but not required.

i own a dedicated server with centos and cpanel. i am afraid that one day if server crashes and my cpanel backup files would be gone.

i got files on my host and wish to join them together in a zip, tar, or rar
anything i just want to join them together in a single archive and plz note that files are considreabley huge some are 100 MB, some are 200, 300 and 400,....
any script available?
am able to extract tar through my host but not compress, or even just store no need to shrink the size.

Has anyone tried any online backup services which gives mobile access also. I have been thinking about trying one. But I'm not sure if any are better than others. My main concern is security.

I have recently had to set up all my backups again (add me to the ranks of disappointed bqinternet customers). I choose to go with Handy Networks - and I am SO very happy I did. The got all my servers set up quickly and correctly, but the most impressive thing was the communication - it is one of the best support experiences I have had in this industry. Not only on the initial set up, but even the questions i had afterward - they went above and beyond in their answers.
I know companies get ripped all the time on here for bad support - just wanted to give a little praise!

I guess the Plesk 12 is the best version of plesk for windows since i work with plesk on version 8.
But the backup task still has a problem, now i can't backup my server using backup manager. If i create a manual task to create backup after few hours the server and plesk just get to slow to use. Only when i remove task i can use back server.
When Parallels create a backup task who's really work ?
How can i backup all my accounts of server in case of crash?

Any good backup software that can do the following.
1) Backup whole system image.
2) Backup regular selected files folders.
It must be able to do auto-rsync to another server that is located in another data center.
I do note that alot of the software out there can do the backup to local drives, or server located within the network but not external network.
If anyone know of any software that is capable of doing the following, do post here.

I would like everyone's feedback on the best windows VPS provider.
My max budget is $50/month - 15 GB HD SPACE, Managed or semi-managed and I dont care about how much bandwith.
I only want to hear about companies with outstanding service and reliability.
Also - it would be great if I found a company whose currently running a windows VPS special.

I have a bare CentOS 4.4 server.
I will be only using the server to host movies.
I created a user and uploaded files via FTP. Now I just want the files visible online.
What do I need to do? Do I need to just upload and untar apache and it will work? Is it complicated? I heard lighttpd might be better than apache if I use the server to just serve movies, is that correct?

I'm using Plesk 12.0.18 version with Windows 2012. I need to backup files to remote ftp server. Remote server configuration is Windows 2012 with IIS server. It works with ftp clients very well.
But, i have a problem about Personel FTP Repository. I open Personal FTP Repository Settings and write all boxes with true information about remote ftp server but it says "Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Login denied".
Ftp server works fine with ftp clients and cpanel backups.

After a server migration, some critical Plesk settings were not copied across, even though the option to backup/restore panel configuration was used. e.g.
skeleton (vhosts.skel folder)
php.ini (Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskAdditionalPleskPHP5* folder)
Default site (vhostsdefault folder)
health config (Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskadminconfcustom-health-config.xml)
Additional Administrator accounts
Is there a way to get these things to backup and restore that I am doing wrong?
Are there other important settings/data that I have missed from that list? I am still paying to keep the old server in case I discover something else!
Using Plesk Backup & Restore for disaster recovery will lose these settings unless they take extra steps. e.g. I now have a simple batch file that copies these files to a private folder on one of the domains before the daily backup kicks in.

I'm having a problem with Plesk Panel 11.0.9 update #64. All other page running perfect. But when I go to "Backup Manager --> Database Backup Repository --> Upload Backup File" then Plesk Panel show error: Internal Server Error 500.0.

I find myself in the following situation:
- Found great price for a full-cab in California
- They only provide power/cabinet and network drop
Now, I need Windows and Plesk licenses. I know Plesk doesn't allow resellers/external licenses. I am still waiting for a response from the message I left at their voicemail TWO WEEKS ago.
Now most importantly, is there any options I have for windows licenss? another option besides paying $800~ for them at newegg?

First of all I checked via command line if any software is not installed properly while plesk installation was done on destination server (windows server 2012 R2). All looks fine, please check attached file pleskinstallation.txt
Source plesk version 10.4.4 (windows server 2008)
Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 built.
We are in testing mode of migrating websites hosted with source plesk version 10.4.4 onto destination server plesk server 12.0.18 having (windows server 2012 R2).
What we did, we restored the backup of Source plesk version 10.4.4 (windows server 2008) to Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 built.
Now the problem is that backup which we restored on Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 was of 68 GB and now when we setup the backup on Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 and when backup completes successfully it show us wrong backup size up to 16 GB.
We have requested several times to plesk support has to check the entire new plesk version in terms of all feature (like taking backup, restoring, plesk installation etc) while releasing new version, If they have noticed bug than plesk support should not release new version or micro update until they are sure.
I would request them again to check backup size bug along with other bugs.

2. installing "Spam assassin" on Plesk 12.0.18 on windows server 2012 r2 and we are getting error:

Is there a way to restart IIS via the Plesk 11.5 service provider panel (windows 2008 server with no root access).
I am trying to setup custom error pages and the documentation says to restart IIS after you make the change. At i dont have root access i currently have to ring Webfusion and ask them to do it
