My hosting provider recently (and without any warning) decided to block outgoing connections to port 25. What this means is for any client/domain/email address that has a forwarder setup, the mail will never reach its destination because the connection to the other server always times out. The error logs look like this:

I haven't been able to find a way to force relay to 465. Or maybe I shouldn't have relay on at all and do this another way?
Today my clients are not able to send mail via webmail. The message below is received no matter what email address is placed in the To: field.
There was an error sending your message: Message could not be delivered - the address was not found, is unknown, or is not receiving messages.
I have re-started all services. Note that they are able to send via outlook. Seems to just be webmail.

It seems I am not getting any emails from plesk, like scheduled event notifications, ect.
What function of plesk can I run to force it to send an email so I can troubleshoot why I am not getting emails from plesk?
I have been using MailEnable standard (free) edition for a few months and faced problems of such as mail server crashing every few days, users being disconnected while downloading mail via POP3 etc.
I'm serving not more than 20 sites and only a few of them user mail server frequently
a better mail server to use with Plesk on Windows.
I've been working on this for some time now, but I'm not sure on how the settings were transfered over to this server. I wish I was there when it was done.

However I have a need to recreate a Service Plan that does not add the domain to SmarterMail.
Like on the Hosting Parameters tab there is an Enable hosting tick box, I need the same type of tick box on the Mail tab.
In webmail, when a person trys to send an email they get this error:

We have tried all the mail processing apps on Webmail (horde/squirrel/roundcube) and all of them seem to do the same thing. We have restart exim and that doesn't do anything either.

However I can't send emails from mobile devices or outlook - the security settings are invalid, I've tried all 4, SSL, SSL/TLS Accept all certs, Start TLS etc.

Now I want to import all domains and users from my old merak server to my plesk server, but I can't figure out how to do it. I can import them to the installed merak mail server on the plesk server, but I can't find a way to import them into my plesk.

When one of my domains (My-Domain.com) which has a dedicated IP, sent out mail through phpmailer, the mail header tells that the mail originates from my server main IP address.
How can I make My-Domain.com send mail from the assigned dedicated IP address, not the server main IP address?
I have set this because Yahoo thinks I am a spammer.
I just moved my site into a new VPS account, and I found out that my email scripts were all down. Sort of. I can send outbound email to external email accounts through php scripts, outlook, webmail, etc. However, if I try to send email from something@mydomain.com to anothersomething@mydomain.com, nothing happens.
anyone know why I can't email any of my own accounts on the same domain? I'm sure it has something to do with configuring this new VPS account, but I just don't know what.
Ho can I configure that in the mail accounts the mails are deleted after downloading with outlook?
