Dedicate server from server4you with centos.
There is some problem with my email and developer tell me this yesterday:
To view DNS records for a domain you need to (after loging in as admin) click on the domain name, then choose DNS Settings. Mx record is configured correctly there, but they are not taken into consideration.
You should change the nameservers from the registrar to the nameservers of your hosting. Right now the following are used: ns-canada.topdns.com. hostmaster.topdns.com .
They should be either the nameservers received from the hostings, or if you did not received any then you will have to create them, on the registrar side and on your hosting side.
So you should go to your registrar and change the nameservers for your domain. Do not just change the ip for the main A record. After you do this you will need to wait a while for the changes to propagate.
On my registrar have i set in my server ip but when him do a test here: [URL] ....

Jul 12, 2015This happens when I try to add a new domain or when I am trying to remove a domain. It just hangs, the browser says waiting on server while plesk just hangs. This is a fresh new install of Plesk 12 as well. I added a bunch of new domains tonight. No crazy changes or anything to plesk. I have found nothing so far in my search.

Error: mailmng-outgoing failed: ERRORutgoing:domains.subscription_id may not be NULL
We tried the suggested fix in the KB [URL] .... but we get this output:

Mar 21, 2015I am using Web admin edition .I need to create two subdomains namely sub1.example.com and sub2.example.com with different IP address. So i need to create two webspaces since a webspace cannot have two domians pointing to two different IP. So now to I can create two webspaces set to different IP. But to create sub1.example.com in one webspace and sub2.example.com in another webspace , i need main domain example.com in both the workspace. But if try to create example.com in second webspace it already exists.Because it exists in another webspace. Actually i dont want to create example.com in both webspace. i need to its subdomain in different webspace.
So one solution is to create example.com and sub1.example.com in one webspace and create another webspace using Adding new webspace and specifying domain name as sub2.example.com. But i don't know does the second subdomain will work properly without creating main domain.

And my subscriptions had 2 domains : matbaocare.com (main domain) & matbaocare.net (second domain).
When I create E-mail Address , by default I can choose several domain on my account with @matbaocare.com or @matbaocare.net.
But I don't want to create E-mail with second domain, just main domain can use email !
How to config Plesk to auto disable create E-mail with several domain on account?

Oct 5, 2014When a customer use the wordpress auto installation tool, all work ok.
But, when the customer try to install wordpress manually (Uploading by FTP), it returns different permissions errors.
Example: "wp-config.php" cant write .
I compared the permissions of both vhosts (WP-Auto-install and WP-Manually-Install), and have totally different permissions.
WP-Auto-installed : /httpdocs = 770
WP-Manually : /httpdocs = 750
How I can set permissions to 770 by default when create a vhost? to avoid the customer having to do it manually.

Also if I delete the existing MX reccord the change does not reflect to Route53. Try to replicate?

Jan 22, 2015Any time I attempt to create a customer, subscription, domain, anything I get the error "The password should be between 5 and 20 characters in length.". The password is exactly like that. On some pages it gives an error to the username I chose and the error just explains what a username is (??)....
The only actual error I've seen is one from creating an account via the command line. It was a PHP error relating to a function having issues with the encoding or something. (I think this is only relating to sending feedback though?)

Dec 10, 2014I'm running CentOS with Paralells Plesk bundled Paralellls Premium Antivirus (Dr Web). After the latest yum updates DrWeb continously seems to crash and be restarted by the Parallells watchdog. By default there were no logs for DrWeb, but when I enable logging to a file it gets spammed continously with the following error:
Cannot create pipe for communication with scanning childs (Too many open files)and the Drweb process runs at 99% CPU for long periods. This totally fills the disk with logs and I've now disabled logging again and Drweb is back to continously being restarted by the watchdog.

The status Icon of the Subscription is a "!" and they say (tooltip), that the Plan wasn't correctly synchronized, but we don't use a Plan for this. The Reseller has all rights, there are now limits.

Feb 2, 2015In Plesk (V. 12.0.18) there is no possibility to create mail accounts for subdomains via web interface. The KB article [URL] ..... describes this problem. The article suggests two possible ways.
I don´t want to use option 1 (create subdomain as additional domain) because a subdomain as domain wastes a domain in the license model.
Instead of that I tried the second way (command line interface). I can execute the first command without problems. When I try to execute the second command, I get the following error: "An error occured during mailname creation: Unable to set password: Domain of type subdomain selected".
