Email On My New Dedi

i've purchased a dedicated box with Plesk webhosting, but i can't get the email forwarding services to work

The domain is registered with Domainsite, set in plesk to forward admin@domain.com to my gmail... and it doesn't work no matter what i try...

First settings i tried( I use domainsite's nameservers and set the dns in there, if you know a better/other way, please reply) blanked out the last 2 chars of the ip just in case

well that didn't work, so i figured i needed a MX record

I added:

but it still didn't work( i did wait a few days after each change)

Then i tried the domainforwarder from Domainsite itself
which added 2 records:

but it still doesn't work

i'm also getting mails bounced back with the line: "Reverse DNS lookup for your IP address is failing."

what changes need to make?
