New Installation Of Smartermail Not Working - How To Debug

I have a new Windows 2003 Server + Dotnetpanel + MSSQL 2005, which was already installed.
Then I have downloaded SmarterMail,SmarterStats & SmarterTracker and installed them with default settings. After installation, I had to setup my admin username & password.
I can see the login pages for all three of these, but when I login as the Administrator, or a user, and click on any of the buttons, nothing actually happens. Why would this happen?
There's a blue navigation bar on top, with the menu items, but the content itselft doesn't load at all. I have reinstalled all three apps, but still get the same errors.
This is a new installation. A windows 2003 exchange server. They want to host their own website. I am using the default website. I continually get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error when I put in [url]or 127.0.0.1
I did not install the software - Just asked to get the website up and working. Uses IE7 and IIS6.
I went into iis and gave all the permissions. Even changed the default user when logged onto the site the admin user.
The error I get in the httperr log is: "2009-03-30 20:01:10 - - - - - - - - - 1_Connections_Refused -". That is the only error message I can find.
I have stopped the iis service and restarted it. I have deleted all in ie7 settings. I have rebooted several times.
I downloaded ISS diagnostic tools from microsoft and ran the authentication tool. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. They want the site up today. I have been working on this since 10 AM. Pulling my hair out.
I have this strange problem with smartermail, it can send perfectly to hotmail and gmail but when it tried sending to yahoo accounts, there is always a delay and the email end in the bulk folder.
Such problems does not occur with my qmail or icewarp merak. Any idea how to solve? Have already emailed Yahoo hoping to get a whitelisting of my IP. Besides installing domainkeys any other ways?
Trying to get Plesk 9.2.3 (free - 1 domain) to talk to SmarterMail 6.5 (free) - it says "Error: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value." after setting it up on port 9998, username "admin" and the correct password.
I can access SmarterMail fine at [url]and [url]. SmarterMail is configured through IIS7, its in it's own application pool. Since im on 64bit, Mailservice.exe is configured to run as a 32bit service.
I downloaded SmarterMail Free edition, its installed under the Lite edition - according to here [url thats what SmarterTools recommends.
I want to setup Remote Spamassassin for Smartermail server. I want to the setup the spamassassin on a linux box. Can anybody help me with this as I am not getting any definitive guide for the same?
We have migrated from an old Expand/Plesk with SmarterMail setup to PPA with SmarterMail. One issue we've noticed is that with Expand, if we disabled the mail on a domain, in SmarterMail it would rename the domain with a .disabled on the end which prevented issues from other users trying to send to that domain on the same SmarterMail server. In PPA when disabling a domain, it disables the mail on SmarterMail but does not rename the domain.
To try illustrate the issue:
If say outsidemail.com is in PPA for hosting but has email elsewhere and mail is disabled for them in PPA, because it does not rename the domain to outsidemail.com.disabled, anyone on outsidemail.com cannot send to anyone on that SmarterMail server as it wants them to authenticate. Also if someone else on that SmarterMail server tries to send to outsidemail.com it will try and send locally.
There is a work around for the second problem by going into the the outsidemail.com domain on the SmarterMail service and setting it to use MX instead of local, but this still does not allow them to send to anyone else on that server.
We can go in and manually rename the domains in SmarterMail but this is difficult to do for everyone not using the SmarterMail. Is there a way to have PPA rename the domain in SmarterMail like the old Expand/Plesk environment did?
The Goal:Have Plesk Accounts on it's server be able to sync to an external SmarterMail server, rather than installing SmarterMail on that same serve (which seems to be available natively).
I'm setting up a server that has both Plesk 11.5 and SmarterMail 11.6 on it. I'm trying to get Plesk set to use the SmarterMail, and it sees it fine in the Server Components, but when I try to set it as the default and put in the password information it comes back and says: Error: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value.
I thought maybe it didn't like some of the characters I had in the password, and tried simplifying that but it didn't work. So I'm wondering if it is just because Plesk 11.5 won't work with SmarterMail 11.6 yet?

I purchased an EV SSL Cert, and all is fine. Installed via cPanel, and I get the green address bar in Firefox, but not in IE.
Comodo (the vendor) have an Auto-Enhancer feature which automatically tells IE to give me a green bar. They state in their FAQ the following instructions to install the feature:
Replace the bundle file that is in use for the web site.
Use the 'SSLCertificateChainFile' directive instead of the 'SSLCACertificateFile'/'SSLCACertificatePath' directives.
I have download a .CA-BUNDLE file from them.

The server runs WHM/cPanel 11 with Apache 2 with mod_ssl. Full root access, but I am a Linux newbie.
What do people mean by profesional installation, for example if I have a forum professionally installed could I expect this to be with phpmyadmin and apache and the mod_rewrite, or are these more custom aspects?
I have WAMP 2.0 installed on my Windows Vista. WAMP has released a new version: 2.0G. I've just downloaded it and i'm wondering if i could just run the installer or do i have to uninstall my current WAMP and then only install the latest version?
We wanted to put up a nagios server for monitoring around 9 - 12 servers and couldn't find any real specs on what kind of machines are required for nagios.
Any leads on what kind of machines would do? My concern was the RAM requirement - if nagios works well on low end machines, it may make sense for us to host it on some VPS.
Wanted to check in with people who run nagios installations and their experiences.
We are having problem with installing mod_evasive on our server. We tried installing it on our Virtual Machine that runs Fedora 7 (on our server, we have Fedora core 5), and on Virtual Machine it is fine, we can compile it and put it in our Apache2 conf file.
