After the cPanel Update i'm getting this error: Unknown License File Version
In SSH i run this command:

and i get this error:

Can't connect to cpanel key server: timeout.
Any other method to Update the License File?
My server was rebooted and when it came back online it shows.
Unactivated License File
I did a /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt and everything failed. What can i do to resolve this?

Using cpanel 11 / centos 4
i think it's an apache problem, but whenever i download something from my server via http, i get unknown file size when downloading. it's not a big problem, but it's kind of annoying.
does anyone know why it's doing this?

Not necessarily a requirement, but the person managing this *would prefer a Plesk CP*.
Looked at softlayers offerings and while it's fair for what it is....at their pricepoint, we would just setup one in a DC. It's moreso a immediate need that does not allow this.
I have set up my Virtual Private Server and uploaded all my site's files to /var/www folder. Before that, there was an old simple 'index.html' file

and when I typed the address www.mydomain.com it displayed correctly. Then I deleted this html and uploaded my files through FTP and now the browser says :

i was hosting with the planet and moved to ecatel for some issues ,i used to get cpanel for just 25$ from theplanet ,here ecatel asks me to get license directly as they don't sell cheapest i see on web is 38$ is there any other place i can get the price theplanet gave me

Apache 2.4.9 Win32 [Apache VC11 Binary] httpd-2.4.9-win32-VC11.zip
And included ModSecurity from download: modules-2.4-win32-VC11.zip..
The version of ModSecurity is mod_security-2.7.7 . It is up and running, but I get a warning:
ModSecurity: Loaded PCRE do not match with compiled!
Here's the difference in the PCRE from the logs:
PCRE compiled version="8.33 "; loaded version="8.34 2013-12-15".
The compiled version does not match the loaded version. Is this something I should be concerned about and try to find compiled versions that match?
