Roundcube With CPanel Won't Delete Email

I installed RoundCube through cPanel and it won't delete emails. I don't get any error messages or anything. When in Roundmail I select the email to delete and then hit the delete icon or drag to the trash folder it disappears, but when i log back in or click on the inbox again it comes back. Don't know if this is part of the same problem but i also can't access created folders. It shows the folder on the left but when i click on it nothing happens. I have a feeling this is a permissions problem but i can't find the issue. Anyone have any recommendation to try?
I have read alot of forums that say to enable the create folders option in the config file, it is enabled and i still have the same issues.

I have a VPS with plesk 12 I created an email account with one of my domains and when I try to send emails from this account through webmal of roundcube, I get the following error.: An error has occurred! SMTP Error (250): Authentication failed.

I have done the migration with the Migration Manager from Confixx to Plesk 12.0.18. Users can login tho the mail account with Outlook, thats no problem(old password is working). If the webmailer is set to Hord the user also can login. But if i switch to roundcube it is not possible to login to the Webmailer! You get the message "Die Anmeldung ist fehlgeschlagen." (Login failed)
After changing the email password in plesk, it is then possibe to login(even if the new password is identical to the old one)?!?
Is this a known bug? Is there a solution for that?!? I really don't want to email every customor to ask him to change his password?!

Whenever trying to send an email using roundcube it just seems to fail... No error code is given - see attached image:
I've tried following the article here: [URL] ....
But it didn't seem to work and incidentally the main.inc.php file didn't even exist only a main.inc.php.rpmnew was there. I tried copying it to main.inc.php but it made no difference. Normal SMTP usage via thunderbird works, and everything works when trying to use horde.... it's just a problem with roundcube after the upgrade from 11.5 to 12.

Upgrading to 12.0.8 and found this that looks like a bug. Email messages cannot be send through Roundcube Webmail. Outbound Email Limits are active.

Apart from Domains, Emails and Subscriptions there is no way to allow roundcube_sysuser through Mail server settings.

I have this problem today after a fresh install...
I think its maybe i havent dont it proper im not sure..
But a client joined today and i have new account created auto after payment and well it says in the whmcs the user has an login and password but when i tried to login with it it said login failed
Also it trys to login to whm not cpanel with the account, even tho its set up as shared hosting in products...

It may seem strange this but, is possible forward a mail then delete foward email automatic? or there are other way to delete emails come with a specify email.

my control panel is: Cpanel
when somebody send me a wrong email , that will go to my Default address
example , my website name is : "test.com" and my website user : "test"
now , if somebody send a mail to 4444442342343@test.com that mail will go to my default address: " test "
i have a 50.000 emails in my default address
how can i delete complete that emails?
is there anyway for delete much email?

I've been running a forum for a while now which of course had a database. Now I sold the vBulletin License and I'd like to delete the database that was created for it. How do I do that?
I've looked throught cPanel, but couldn't find an option on deleting a whole database. Might be looking in the wrong sections or something. Can someone help me out?
It would be even better if it is possible to reset my whole server throught cPanel. Is this possible?

I've been using CPanel for a few years now and I've encountered an error that I have no clue how to fix it. Basically the files have been with me for the last two or three years and I've changed them from server to server. I'd say these files have been through about four or five servers. The funny thing is I can't delete any of these files. The files are in a folder under public_html and I can't delete the folder or any of the files or folders inside of that folder. I've tried through FTP and through CPanel.
The FTP error I get (I'm using WS_FTP Pro) is:

The CPanel error I get (through File Manager) is:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
and under the trash can in File Manager:
Unable to change directory to /home/mydirectory/.trash! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: Permission denied)
I even CHMODed all of the files to 777. I don't know how to get rid of these old files, how do I do it? I also have root to the server if that helps.

when I try to go to a site of mine with the www like this one [url] It won't work but if I take out the www like this[url]it does work.
I'm not sure what could be causing this. As far as I'm aware everything is setup okay. I understand it's impossible for anyone who reads this to properly diagnose the issue without access to my server.

I would like to do the following. It doesn't have to be in this particular order, as long as the results are the same.
delete <cpanelusername>-<date>.tar.gz (created from last pkgacct run)
/scripts/pkgacct <cpanelusername>
rename output to something like <cpanelusername>-<date>.tar.gz
scp -pr /home/backup-<cpanelusername>-<date>.tar.gz root@othervps:/backups
I don't know if all of that can be done in a single cron separated by | or if it has to be in a script file the cron calls. I have never made/called a script before, so I need some help doing that.
When you do the pkgacct, can you specify the name, so you can built it with the date/time?
