On a couple of domains I get this error if I click on the domain in the domains option or in the Subscriptions list.
Unable to find row by field login with value domain.com in smb_users table.
How can I fix this?
We are running the latest Plesk 12 under CentOS 7.
While I can see the App Owncloud as Admin in the Application Vault my users cannot see that particular app in their Application pool. They can see all other apps though. Just not Owncloud.
All resellers and customers are allowed to install everything from the pool and i selected Owncloud in the Vault already and "made it available" .. Though it is not shown.
I have just installed a new Cloudlinux 6.6 Plesk 12 box but am unable to find the additional PHP versions as shown in the attached image.
I'm on update #55.
I'd prefer to use Plesk's built-in PHP versions instead of the Cloudlinux ones.

I've installed pigz from Plesk repository and I can execute pigz in the shell, but definitely Plesk Panel doesn't use pigz.I tried with pigz from EPEL repo and the log showed the same error. I also tried to move the binary from /usr/bin/pigz to /bin/pigz and It didn't work.I'm interested in using Pigz to improve the speed of migration and backup.
I just migrated a bunch of domains from plesk 11.5. Everything appears to be working well however when examining the maillog, I am seeing some strange errors... In this example, the message was delivered and had the spamassassin stuff in the header.

When you perform a migration, Plesk gives me this error. For more I search, I find what may be the cause.

Deleted a domain workspace in Parallels Plesk and now I am getting this error when signing into the panel:Looked at the logs and been trying multiple commands (including the bootstrapper repair etc.)I found the full error from the logs:

I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.
This time whey i try to login, i'm not getting any error message, but after some time i got mail from the server "alarm level changed. Server health parameter "Services > Plesk CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red"."
After updating i'm unable to login to the plesk panel with every user account.

I disabled ssh for my client in linux-cpanel server but I receive this alert from our firewall :

It seem user can use ssh with script .

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using mod_auth_form.For security reasons, I would like to ensure that users are ALWAYS redirected to the page specified in AuthFormLoginSuccess Location after a successful login. Therefore, I would like to disable processing of the httpd_location form parameter.
The best I can do seems to be to use AuthFormLocation to set the field name to a hard-to-guess value, e.g. AuthFormLocation "32 b63 a#ve"
I imported backups in Plesk 12 from Plesk 9.5.4.
I can access 4 out of 5 domains in my subscritions, but one domain dosn't appear in the list.
The 4 working domains are "Default Domain", the one i can't access is "unlimited".
In the list of packages i can click on the number of subscriptions and see the domains, but if click on the 1 unlimited subscription nothing gets listed / no elements found.
The domains is online, but i can't access it with plesk.
Over the weekend, I upgraded from Plesk 10.3 to Plesk 11.5, using the updater in the control panel. Everything seemed to go well. However, this morning I've noticed that some, not all, email accounts are having trouble logging into the server to send and receive mail. Other accounts are working fine.Via POP, I get this error: -ERR Temporary problem, please try again later
Via SMTP, I get this error:
535 auth failure
I see this in the maillog:

I replaced the server name, username, host, and IP in the above.
Here are the steps I've tried so far.
- Changing the password using the control panel.
- Updating the number of daemons in authdaemonrc
- Restarting the services
I just upgraded my Plesk on Ubuntu (vServer) yesterday. But after the upgrade I couldn't login to the Panel anymore because all I get when I try to reach the panel (https://panel.examplesite.com:8443) is a white screen.
I rebooted the server and restarted the panel as well as Apache several times with no change.
I cannot login to Plesk server with admin credentials as it says Error: Access for administrator from address 'xx.xx.xx.xx' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied. Also I cannot SSH to server and it says connection refused.

It seems like I have got a lot of trouble with Plesk 12 on a CentOS 7 machine.
1. I could not install Plesk properly due to some drweb problem.
2. Than the smb configuration seems only to be implemented partly.
3. Suddenly FTP login is not possible anymore (503 Access denied)
And now even Apache is not running anymore!

My reseller have got one plan, where option "Gestion de l'accès au serveur via SSH" (Manage SSH access to server) is on "Peut autoriser l'accès uniquement à un environnement chrooté" (Can autorize access only in chrooted environment).
This plan contains only one subscription in which I would like to permit users to use sftp. If I go in the subscription, and then I click on "Customize subscription", I can see option "Gestion de l'accès au serveur via SSH" (Manage SSH access to server) is on "Peut autoriser l'accès uniquement à un environnement chrooté" (Can autorize access only in chrooted environment)...
=> So same than in the plan.
After that, when I click on subscription => WebSites and Domain => One domain => FTP Access and I choose a ftp user, I don't have any option to allow ssh access to the user.
Is it possible to query for a list of system users using the API RPC? I know it's possible with a MySQL query
