Plesk 11.x / Windows :: Reconfigurator Error - Invalid Network Adapter Name

I took an image of a configured Plesk 11 server and deployed the image to a new server (new hardware and IPs).
The goal now is to reconfigure Plesk on the new server to use the new IP addresses.
I open the PP Reconfigurator, and select "Change server IP addresses".
PP Reconfigurator
Select the IP addresses to be changed:
IP Address: 10.0.0.1
Interface: "PrivateNetwork"
[x] Existing address
Select the new IP address:

I recently upgraded to version 11.0. Since the upgrade, I am not longer able to to create Sub-Domains. I did this all the time with version 10x with NO issues whatsover, but now I get the following error when trying to create a subdomain:
Error: Invalid webmail type

I have a vps server and i am trying to create ftp account and i am getting this error:

When I tried access parallels plesk panel 11.5 ... It's show windows password, if i enter Administrator credentials i see login of parallels, if i cancell i receive this error: "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials."
I also tried use reconfigurator but i receive this error on attach 2...

I have a problem with my plesk v11, when i create a new subdomain and upload my asp.net application to that and make a request to view my web page it get Server Error 401 :
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
But my main web site have not any problem and works fine, my changes that didn't work :
1) change in web.config file :
<authentication mode="None">
</authentication>
2) change in web config file :
<authorization>
<allow users="?"/>
</authorization>
Another question that i have is this happens because the Plesk's default permission assigning to the main domain so the users can view content without problem, but the permission isnt assign to the created subdomains ?
If this is the problem, how can i fix it so my users can see the content with our Windows Authentication or Forms authentication or anything else?
this is my domain name : www.senatex.ir
and this is my sub domain : nerkh.senatex.ir
Also parallels default host files not have any problems, for example : content.senatex.ir

First of all I checked via command line if any software is not installed properly while plesk installation was done on destination server (windows server 2012 R2). All looks fine, please check attached file pleskinstallation.txt
Source plesk version 10.4.4 (windows server 2008)
Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 built.
We are in testing mode of migrating websites hosted with source plesk version 10.4.4 onto destination server plesk server 12.0.18 having (windows server 2012 R2).
What we did, we restored the backup of Source plesk version 10.4.4 (windows server 2008) to Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 built.
Now the problem is that backup which we restored on Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 was of 68 GB and now when we setup the backup on Destination plesk version 12.0.18 MU#23 and when backup completes successfully it show us wrong backup size up to 16 GB.
We have requested several times to plesk support has to check the entire new plesk version in terms of all feature (like taking backup, restoring, plesk installation etc) while releasing new version, If they have noticed bug than plesk support should not release new version or micro update until they are sure.
I would request them again to check backup size bug along with other bugs.
1. "Stats crashing and not updating stats"
2. installing "Spam assassin" on Plesk 12.0.18 on windows server 2012 r2 and we are getting error:
Error: Unable to set Plesk SpamAssassin 3.3.2 as the default Spam Filter: defpackagemng failed: Execute spammng.exe --check failed with error code 1: Unable generate the unique file name by template D:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskAdditionalPerlsiteetcmailspamassassinlocal.cf[*].bak: directory D:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskAdditionalPerlsiteetcmailspamassassin does not exist.

Since hour ago my sites just stopped and Plesk, too. Error when trying to open plesk is:
ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory (Abstract.php:144)
Plesk just won't start.

I'm trying to create a network connection from Windows (8.1) to my Plesk filesharing folder, which should be straight forward. For some strange reason my Windows desktop PC doesn't establish the connection but shows me an error message, saying that the provided folder is invalid (see attached images).

i am getting error when i trying to send mail out to external email address like gmail, hotmail, msn, yahoo
The error says 550 invalid recipent : user@domain.com
so to make sure that the mail server is working i tried sending mail to local address
which is local@nameoftheserver.com it works but when i try to send mail to external address it get error listed above.
so i added my email sales@domainname.com to gmail to test whether the mail server is working correctly from gmail i can send email from sales@domainname.com and recieve both but when i try that from my server it doesnot work
my server is offshore and i am using enom mail server to send email?

This is the error i'm getting after i installed my cert.
i did the installation in plesk 9 and it asked for three files:
1. private key
2. certificate
3. CA bundle
for the CA bundle i used the: intermediary_certificate1.cst, intermediary_certificate2.cst, & root_certificate.cst files and in that order.
What could have went wrong? and how can i get rid of this error?

httpd server configuring.I share my files only from local disks but some of my resources are located on truecrypt secure volume.When I want to start my server now I have to mount my all drives first to have all path active. Otherwise httpd doesn't start with 'invalid path' error.My question is, how to force httpd starting without path or drive exists checking?

I am looking for something like this:

To work on an HP ProLiant DL360/380. All I know is they are SCSI U320 drive bays, or that is the type of drive they take. Can anyone provide any insight on what may work? We are trying to get a more cost effective way to get more storage into a server. The largest SCSI drive I can find is 300GB for $200. You can get 2TB drives for that much these days.

I am trying out Plesk 11 for windows, so far I like it and will most likely buy it. I am having a problem with a new domain, however. I just created the domain, and I installed wordpress on it using Plesk's application page. If I go to [URL] .... it will not load, however if I go to [URL] .... it loads just fine. I even edited the directory to make sure that IIS looks for index.php first, but this didn't fix it. What am I missing?

I have a fresh install of 11.5 on Windows Server 2008r2. I have setup a domain from a 9.5 backup. Everything _looks_ okay, php settings look fine, but php pages give the following with detailed error reporting:
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.
Note that this happens whether I select php 5.2 or 5.4

For self diagnostic I delete all files on my root directory (C:Inetpubvhostsmydomainhttpdocs) and put only 2 files
index.php and index.html
When I browse for index.html. It display properly. When I browse for index.php the error persist. What could be wrong?

I am new to Parallels software, more specifically Parallels Panels. I have installed a trial copy of the software on my Windows 2008 R2 SP1. This is a Dedicated machine with no other users on it. I presume installation of Panels was successful because I can log in and see the admin control panel. I created a customer with success. I am now trying to create a subscription using the default service plan. After entering all the appropriate info on the new subscription page and submitting it, a few moments later I receive the following error:

Trying to restore a database in plesk 11 I got the following error.
Error: dbbackup failed: Unable to restore database 'database_name'Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
There is no wrong with the db, when I restore from it on local machine everything works.

Every time a customer create a website with presence builder, after publish, he gets "Error 503, service is unavaliable" for it's site. We try to develop the website with another software, most like presence builder (PB), and upload the files to plesk. It works like haven. if we go back to PB, it gets the error.
Server: Virtualbox - windows 2008 STD - 3.5GB of memory, 50Gb of HDD (data only and 80% free), 50Gb of HDD for windows (40% free), 3 cores 3.5GHZ;
Host: windows 7 ultimate, 16GB of memory, 2x 500GB HDD raid 1 (data only - 80% free), 8core, 3.5GHZ.

While attempting to migrate from previous version of Plesk Panel Windows to current (Windows 2012 R2 with Plesk Panel 12) version, following error appears which stops PMM to proceed further.
Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:ParallelsPleskPMM

This error is generated for all subscriptions which we are trying to migrate and above file can indeed be confirmed missing.

When I try to set a domain's hosting type from "Forwarding" to "Website hosting" I get the following error:

What I tried:
- Using different usernames;

And right now I'm running the PP Reconfigurator tool, option Plesk File Security, cause I think this issue is related with permissions.

I started a migration from HELM3 to Plesk 11.5 for a client.After 12 hours it failed.the error log says ERROR:()Unable to download dump files to local store.
