I enabled this in conf.php:
$conf['spam']['reporting'] = true;
$conf['spam']['program'] = '/hsphere/shared/bin/sa-learn --spam';
but the spamassassin database is not updating.
Horde error: Warning: Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/horde.php' for inclusion
I am getting the above given error message.
I regularly report spam that makes it through an RBL (sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org), SQLGrey, and an internal blacklist. I've noticed that the spam I get originates all over the place (though uu.net seems to be getting more popular). However, one host stands out when it comes to the spamvertised websites that are being sent - theplanet.com. In looking the past 30 days of spam reports 60% have advertised a site hosted on [url]
Do you report spam via spamcop? Who is your biggest sender and hoster?
Please understand that I filter hundreds of spam messages a day (about 560 yesterday). These are only the ones making it though.
We have see a interesting system from one competitors:
any user that have a email account receive any 24 hours a email report of all spam receive (as html attach)
In this html file there is list and flag and user can be indicate that is NOT a spam and click submit into html file that send information to mail server

We use exim on ours server and horde as webmail..

So. Plesk has a button to enable or not enable automatic updates of WordPress installations it knows about. I toggled it and it didn't seem to effect the setting in my wp-config.php file:

which remained like that whatever I did to the Plesk button.
Nor does it seem to set this setting either way:
define( 'WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE', false );
So. Is it something independent of WordPress? I.e. Plesk goes and gets the updates and applies them? If so - what updates is it getting - major changes or just minor ones?
On windows 2008 server with Plesk 11.5, the Secure your Sites option is not displayed. In addition unable to share SSL certificates across many sites with shared IP address.

In plesk 11.5 for linux phpmyadmin is installed from default.
How to install it via plesk ?
We've been experiencing a lot of trouble with novice customers that want to install an Application Vault package that has sub-optimal default settings, e.g.
customer wants to install wordpress, clicks on Application Vault -> wordpress -> "INSTALL"
This will install, without any questions for settings, wordpress into domain.com/wordpress - which is not what people want. I know that there is a button with teh drop down menu that shows "custom", however, people don't see/know about it and click "install".
Is there a way to remove / replace the "quick install" button and have the "install custom" as default.
Bandwidth limitation button not showing in domain control panel
I am running Plesk 12.018 on CentOS 6.5. with ~75 domains hosted. All of them are allowed unlimited traffic and have Apache + Nginx installed and configured via Plesk.
Today I need for the first time to set a bandwidth-limitation for a domain, but I can't find a button for controlling it in the domain control panel.
I've checked I've mod_bw installed and have set the permissions for controlling server performance in the custom plan for the specific domain.

I'm hosting my website on a shared hosting, and recently the ip 87.255.1.42 began sending DoS attacks to my website - there are constantly being sent queries to the starting page of my website, more than 400,000 queries/day.
It's not doing any significant damage but overloads the server every day, and I would like to know how to report this attack to any authority who can stop the attack.

I have been receiving unsolicited emails from a site which is hosted on DonHost servers in UK.
I have been receiving these emails for the last 3-4 days on my business email which is not on any list. I think the sender is complete amateur because he is using CC and I can see everyone's emails. They are mostly local companies and Government offices so they way this person gathered the email list is very questionable.
I contacted DonHost on www.donhost.co.uk and sent them an email to their Support but they haven't even replied to me.

I have a spamcop report saying that my site was spamvertised.
If true (and I don't even know how to verify it), it was through no doing of my own.
Is there a way to deal with that?
My VPS is setup and now when I did a dnsreport for my site, it shows:
