Cannot Get Rid Of Account From Server

i am trying to transfer an account from one server back onto my server.
however it keeps telling me that there is already an account with the same name on my server when trying to copy all the data over.
I have deleted the dns entries of the account on my server but the account name still appears in the ip useage etc and it's stopping me from doing a cpanel transfer from the other server to my server.
does anyone know how i go about delete all records of the account name on my server....most likely it'll involve a ssh command
tried this but still didn't work...
/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf << remove the VirtualHost entry for the domain.
/etc/named.conf
/etc/trueuserdomains
/etc/userdomains
/var/named/domainname.db << remove this file.
/etc/valiases/domainname << remove this file.
/var/cpanel/users/username << remove this file.
Restarted apache and named service.....still can transfer the account because my server says username exists in the system.

I have resell account on one server. I just buy resell account from surpasshosting.com and i wont to move my account from the old one to surpasshosting.com . Well surpasshosting are helipng me to restore full backup for the accounts but there is a bigger problem. I'm from Macedonia and here we use .com.mk domains. to change nameservers to one domain it takes from 5-10 days and some of the sites are updated every day so 5days are to long. I have heard i can do some trick with DNS Zones

I am trying to copy one account from another server through the option "Copy an account from another server with password" in WHM but after filling server ip, username and password it starts trasnfering and showing me dosts like below :-

In moving my site to Drupal, I have had it on a "Beta" account on the same server. I need to move the DB to the "Live" site. How do I re-assign it using the master PHPMyAdmin through WHM to change the owner of the DB from "Beta site" to "Live site"?

I am having a reseller hosting with a host. This host provides private DNS. Hosting provider remains Anonymous. So when some one search for whois they will not know I am running a reseller hosting biz.
Now I am planning to change the hosting provider to another one who provides higher capacity and higher bandwidth but they will not provide DNS. I need to use their DNS.
How do I provide get a my own DNS so that host remains Anonymous?

I have a VPS (vps.example.com) setup with few sub accounts set-up. All sub accounts can send emails using specified domain, however email header will always display my VPS's name.
for example:
"from localhost ([127.0.0.1] helo=example.NET) by vps.example.com"
Is it possible to set it up so every account has it's own server name for example:
smtp.example.net
mail.example.org
or vps.domain.com
Platform: Cent OS
panels:VZPP, WHM, cPanel
IP: total of 3, 2 used for name servers, can purchase more if needed.
Access: root level access.

I want to migrate a customer from his current host to a new one. The website is the easy part, site migrations are not a problem for me.
The hard part is the email. I can re-create the account, but what about the messages stored in the old server? How do I move them? How do I get all the stuff and copy it into a shared account controlled by CPanel? I think the other server uses Plesk, which uses to be a pain in the ***.

Domain abc.com hosted on my server
I fount out that domain def.com is identical to abc.com (ie: same content, same code etc...) but it is NOT hosted on my server
However both domain point to the same IP which is on my server
How is it even possible? was the account/server compromised?

I recently got my very own dedicated server, as in bought one and it is sitting in my desk right now.
I've installed Centos 4.4 (that's what my web server uses, so I just use it for continuity), connected it to my router.
I've gone through a lot of different steps and here's where I am right now:
Because I have a dynamic IP address, I use a free service to direct towards my server. [url]. It works just fine.
I also have to port forward port 80 to go to the server, instead of my laptop or the other desktop currently running off of our router.
I don't know how to set up a web account on the server, so I discovered UserDir. I enabled it in the httpd.conf file. But when I try to access it [url]I get a permissions error. I've made sure the directories are CHMOD'd correctly... so I don't know why I can't access it.

any idea if this is possible? basically what i'd like to do is make a "virtual folder" in my linux box that is actually a connection to an ftp account on another server.
so for e.g. if i say cd /myftp it'll show the contents of that directory as though it was a standard folder, however it is actually connecting to some other machine via ftp?

I have one Domain.
I have a reseller acccount with that domain ns1.mydomain and ns2.mydomain.com
Now I have bought a dedicated server
I want to have cpanel on my dedicated server and use the same domain
Is that possible?
I want those who use my dedicated server put ns3 and ns4.mydomain.com for theri name server
Is that possible?

I have a dedicated server which I need to migrate all sites to a reseller account on a different host.
It comes down to 6 sites that I must not lose any emails.
On the source server, I have full access to it. It's CentOS, WHM, cPanel, etc. On the destination reseller account (downtownhost), I have access to WHM, and individual cPanel. But I can't see any transfer or restore options on the WHM, though on the individual cPanel account, I see a restore option which states:

The following can be restored:
* Home Directory
* MySQL Databases
* Email forwarders configuration
* Email filters configuration
My plan is so far:
1) Generate a full backup for each site on the source server.
2) Create the accounts on the destination reseller account. (Is it possible before I update the IP of the nameserver to point to the new server?)
3) Restore the sites with this wizard I mentioned above in each cPanel.
4) Change the nameserver host IP to the new server.
5) Hold my fingers and bless every living creature for a smooth move.
if I could do this any better, trying not to lose any emails in the process.

I just bought a new dedicated server, set the nameserver to ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com, and have moved all accounts from my reseller to my new dedicated server.
Now, the reseller account still has 10 months before expired. Can I use it for something like ns3.mydomain.com and ns4.mydomain.com?
So, for example for A user, I want to put him on my reseller server, tell him to point his domain to ns3 and ns4, but for B user I want to put him to my dedicated server, and tell him to point his domain to ns1 and ns2. Is this possible?
Or, is there any other thing, I can make my reseller account useful?

existing account have enabled catch all account automatically & i don't know how?

Default catch-all/default address behavior for new accounts. "fail" is usually the best choice if you are getting mail attacks.
currently it is tick marked on fail
And forwarders has been set to e.g jeetu@jeetu.info to domain automatically & also i don't how?
when i try to delete this forwarder its shown deleted successfully

then again i checked forwarder & found that forwarder is not deleted why?
what could be the problem?
due to this our clients are facing out of disk space running problem & they are not able to get future emails

2. also i want to terminate forwarders for all existing users at one go
