Torrentflux B4rt Script :: Pipe Error: Too Many Open Files In System

i have Made a VPs on my Own dedicated Server Which i use to run TorrentFlux for Personal Use.
I am facing a few problems and dont know where to askf or help.
when i start more than about 12, i get errors in SSh (if i llogin) or th4e Apache Restarts killing all the Transfers.
I ahve 2 Gb Ram, Dual Core CPU.
the Error Via SSh is:
sh: pipe error: Too many open files in system
and i ahve attached a Errors Log From Apache.
i am a Noob in Servers so i ahve Lxadmin Contorl Panel Installed and the Log is generated by it.
Basically mysql is behaving very very intermittently. Crashes were every 4 hours, I've brought them down to once every 8 or so hours but mysql keeps dying.
the error log will show the same routine each time.
on mysql start:

I been having a heck of a time just with this one cpanel server and open files limit. At first using open_files_limit did not work so I changed it to open-files-limit that seemed to work but now it rejects the value and sets its down to 65535.
Then system open files limit is 500000. I try to set it to any value about 65535 in my.cnf and here is usual error:

When I run something like the tuning-primer it shows:
Current open_files_limit = 120510 files
The open_files_limit should typically be set to at least 2x-3x that of table_cache if you have heavy MyISAM usage.
Your open_files_limit value seems to be fine
But Im not sure if it is just reading my.cnf or something. I am still getting complaints from users about lost connections and I see the errors in error log. Ive looked everywhere and cant seem to find a solution to this.
We have three virtual hosts on our Apache 2.2 installation on Windows Server 2003. For some reason, I'm unable to open log files (error.log and each virtual hosts-specific log), even though I have full administrator rights. (The log folder is full access to admins.) Every time I try to open the file or even copy it to another location, it just says "Access Denied." I temporarily solved the issue for one of the logs by adding BufferedLogs On
How to increase the Open Files limits descriptor in Apache. In the earlier version of Cpanel, we had an option of Raise FD Size Limit to 16384, but the option no longer appear while rebuilding Apache. What is the way to do it and make the change permanent?
I recently had an issue where my box wasnt listing accounts (on logging into WHM for the first time it would, thereafter browsing different functions in WHM it would fail to list any accounts), would not list any zone items when editing DNS zones and in general was acting very strange.
I think the tech support chap narrowed it down to zero free inodes on the filesystem (i was even getting errors when editing files with 'vi'). This was increased for the VPS and all issues seemed to be resolved...
However named and httpd were not starting after reboots. Again on looking closely named and httpd were missing from /etc/init.d (on CentOS 5.3)! This is very strange and i certainly didnt modify those nor delete such critical files.
For a second opinion, is there any cPanel script that can be ran to fix the issues, i am concerned other things have been affected but havent manifested themselves yet (other files deleted etc). Does cPanel update script create the init.d files or is this done by the CentOS operating systems itself? Are these files modified during a cPanel update script?
These init.d files for named and httpd have been readded (copied across from another box) and it seems to be ok again, but ideas on howto proceed much appreciated, as i mentioned i dont want any nasty supprises!
One of my users...let's call him "fictional" is getting the following error message:

The strange thing is that the error message refers to another user on my system...named "hurz". Why does it refer to this other username? I looked at the virtual host in httpd.conf for user "fictional" and everything seems alright there:

I have about 50users that can connect just fine, running sp2 (xp pro) but some other users that have xp home or media center can't. There running sp2 and they still get the above error. In the article i need to contact MS for the hotfix...

I want to set up a website that will run rapidleech and torrentflux. But my shared hosting account just isn’t cutting it anymore. It worked for awhile, but then they set stupid php resource limitations in and the scripts don’t work anymore. So I want an upgrade.
Should I look at VPS or Dedicated? I don’t want to spend more than $50/month, so I’m guessing that a crappy dedicated server is all I can get. There are some specific things that I would like to be able to do with my account.
1. WinRAR – I need to be able to pack and unpack files in the winrar format on my website through FTP. Would I need Linux/Unix or Windows hosting for this? I honestly am clueless about this.
2. Ability to run Rapidleech and TorrentFlux
3. Do I need to look for hosting that gives “root access” whatever that means? Someone told me that if I want to install WinRAR I must have “root access.”

However unfortunately I never see any error log being generated in the /var/log/php5/error.log file?
Also with my shared hosting site one thing which I noticed was, due to some configurations set by them, the error.log used to generate in the folder where the error occured. This is a cool thing which they used to do, but I just dont understand how did they do that.
i have dedicated server and was trying to install torrentflux in there ( well might be any other script with Mysql needs) I created databse with plesk but when i put it to confinguration it does not work. I have done this Many times on shared hosting though
