NewEgg Unreachable

Anyone else been having trouble reaching NewEgg's site? I wonder if it is just my ISP or not.
I have not been able to reach their web site at all this week.
If someone can reach them, could you grab the toll-free number for me so I can give them a call?

I just had to voice my frustration for some of the policies that NewEgg has. I just ordered a new Netgear GS724T ProSafe 24 Port Gigabit Smart Switch to be sent to our data center. I get an email saying that the shipping address has to be on file with my Credit Card company. You figure they could trust some of their customers who have been shopping with them for 4 years with the same account, same name, etc. Oh yeah, it took 30 minutes on the phone to get some operator who was trained like a robot and not willing to help at all.
Why do they charge an expedite fee also? This is the internet age, systems should be fast, orders should ship quick, etc. Orders from Dell get shipped faster then NewEgg.
I think they have a nice inventory and offer good prices but from now on my business is going elsewhere. I need an online vendor to help me get things done, not add complexity to the process.
This is one customer who is going to be shopping elsewhere from now on...

I currently have the domain: filmmakeup.tv hosted with ThirdSphere and it currently has a redirect to my main site: framptoninstitute.com.au. However, my last website creation team setup this redirect and for the life of me can't figure out where the redirect has been setup; checked all HTAccess files, URL Redirects and Sub/Domains on here with no success.
My problem is I basically use ThirdSphere to host files/pictures and most importantly my Forum - SUPPOSIVELY located at filmmakeup.tv/forum HOWEVER as you can see the above link, or for that matter ANY extension of filmmakeup.tv directs me to an error page.
Nothing other then the default address with NO extensions work, I can't even get to images, PDFs or anything I've uploaded...
The only way I can access files/folders is if I go to my URLs DIRECT IP.. This is no good for my clients because I want them to see Filmmakeup.tv and not an IP Address..

In short, we've tried for months to contact a client and he's basically fallen off the face of the earth. Emails were originally received by his mail server, but now they bounce. His phone used to ring and we could leave voicemails, but now it goes straight to voice mail. I have a weird hunch he passed away or went to prison or something. We haven't heard from him in about 45 days.
He has pretty expensive hardware that any reasonable person would want back, but it's eating up a lot of space on the rack considering it's unpaid for.
So here's my question to other providers: When a colocation customer is completely unreachable (phone, email, etc) and way past due, what do you do with their hardware?
And customers: what would you want done with your hardware?

My server with Servstra has been unreachable for 3 days now. The only replies I get from support is "have patience". I wish they would tell that to all my customers that are leaving. They have not even given me a full explanation of what is happening. They do not provide a phone # for me to call either, so I am at their mercy now. Guess it's time to start looking for a new job cause my hosting business is gonna be gone after this.
