Wrong Mail Quota In Cpanel

i have an e-mail account that in cpanel shows it has 60 of 90 mb of used space... it had some big emails in the trash folder but i deleted em... in fact i deleted everything from the account (sent, trash, drafts, etc) and it keeps showing 60 of 90 mb of used space ive checked if it was spambox... nothing, spamassasin... nothing i even loged on the server and checked the space of mailbox's folder... but it showed only 500 kb... so i assume its a cpanel issue... how can i fix it?

Actually I am work on mail server.
I had been allocated a quota for particular domain using WHM panel.
exmple. xyz.com allocated quota 1000MB
under this domain many user & for this user allocated quota using cpanel
mk@xyz.com 20MB
kk@xyz.com 20MB
Dk@xyz.com 20MB
Using WHM & C-panel This is very essay, but without WHM and C PANEL how to do this ?
Because i am not installed cpanel and whm.
Question :===> how to allocated quota to particular domain and user under this domain on shell prompt or command prompt {also mail quota for particular user on shell prompt}

Whenever an incoming mail is tagged as [SPAM] by SpamAssassin in my mail queue I see it is being redirected from spamassassin@mydomain-site.com to spam@mydomain-site.org
Sence mydomain-site.org is no longer active the [SPAM] mail just sits there in the queue and does not get delivered anywhere..
I am new to this stuff so I have no idea where I should look to change the option.
I am not even sure if it is suppose to this, I just want all SPAM to go to spamassassin@mydomain-site.com
I don't have cpanel or any real server management, so i am not sure where to look and what to edit so the mail stops going to the .org domain.

how i could define a maximum size for a certain folder on my web hosting thus the folder size cannot exceed this ??
Also how could i set a maximum quota for an ftp account ?? provided that i have no cpanel im on GoDaddy host

I just copied an account over to my new server. The site is only 10 megabytes. In cpanel, it shows:
Disk Space Usage 15670.15 Megabytes
MySQL Disk Space 0 Megabytes
Disk space available -15170.15 Megabytes
The quota is set to 500 megabytes, I ran /scripts/fixquotas twice to no avail. What could the problem be? Cpanel bug?

is it possible to alter the duration of space/bandwidth quota period in WHM/cPanel. So, for example, instead of a month period, it is now a year time period in which the quota will be used up.

I've a small reseller account with cPanel with 5 sites. After transfering to other host (full cPanel backup of old sites, restoring on new host) cPanel of 2 sites still displays the version number of the old host, the other 3 sites are correct.
