In these days i decided to move to another company but the new company (liquidweb) reject to transfer the accounts from old server to the new one
I don't have much experince in windows server so any body can guide me to any company doing that for me? or any body can help me with best way to do that i will appreciate

how can setup a monthly bandwidth quota for unix users ? Is there any tool that can measure the in/out bandwidth for all /home/* directories ? For eg if a user wget a file of 150mb , i should be able to track it. I want also to track bandwidth for a user, using dynamic port forwarding via putty.exe.
if the number of Mysql databases or email accounts on one account has any issue on the quota (hard disk) that I offer to my customers. I'm suggesting More databases will take more space but I need clarification.
I am having Virtuozzo vps with cpanel/WHM installed.I have created some accounts in it by setting disk quota . Now the issue is : some users are using space over the allocted one ,when i use the command quota -u (username),i can see that the users are used the space over the allocated one and they are still allowed to upload file . How to fix this issue ?
I added some new user to my server but when i went to List Accounts i found all users with unlimited Quota, i don't why? i already have Packages with specific quote for each one, even, if i made it Options Manually i have the same problem.

Serious problem while fetching quota data (quota): Illegal seek (0) / MB
We have about 3 resellers on one server and all of a sudden, when I log in to whm and click "Show Reseller Accounts", all accounts show under root.. What's even strager, is that under package colum, it says "undefined"
However, when I click "list accounts", all accounts show and they are properly setup up with the correct package and owner (not all root.. They also show to which reseller they belong).
how to fix the problem when I click "Show Reseller Accounts"?
Early on, I use this Plesk under trial license mode and have set the subscription for each domains to 20GB (hard disk) and 100GB (bandwidth).
Later, I sign up for Web Admin Edition. I understand that this version does not have abilities to manage quotas. The issue that I have now, after I entered the activation key (Web Admin Edition), my existing domain's quota remain as it is instead of unlimited.

What is the fastest way to move all accounts from old servers to new servers with minimum downtime for customers' websites? Both servers are using WHM/Cpanel and i need to keep reseller priviledges and packages also,which system files should i copy to new server?
Keep trying to transfer a few clients accounts over to a new server using the transfer feature in WHM, I keep getting this error. Can anyone help?

After that I went to the datacenter to reboot the server, it then told me they were few errors 'touch' some files in /var/ giving message "System file read only" etc..
Then i rebooted the server again and again not knowing what to do and it logged me into single mode user and scan for me.
Right now. I believe my hard disk had crashed or my system file is just a big mess error. I couldn't get the server to online.
Right now. I am planning to mount my sdb2 (secondary hard drive) and tar (backup) EVERY ACCOUNTS (including email + sql) into my secondary drive
I transferred a bunch of data from our old server to a new server but some of the emails did not transfer, a few of our coworkers have some important folders as well as emails that they need transferred and their located on the old server. Where would I go to transfer these emails and the folders? Running Cpanel and Neomail.

I have a windows 2003 enterprise (180 day demo) server.
I'm using it to host game servers (and i lighthttpd webserver).
I'm using Deerpark Visnetic Firewall (no hardware router), NOD32, Spybot S&D, a keylogger and Process Guardian.
I want maximum security.
I've already done some registry hacks to prevent some DDOS attacks and ive read about running services under another account, i've created the account and added access for it to run all the system services (via GPO). My problem is that when the computer is rebooted, none of the services start, even though i put the username, password and gave the account full control of the service.
Aside from this, any other tips on maximizing security?
Im also using WinSSH to secure remote desktop and FTP.
