SmartWaveTech

I've been with my current hosts, SmartWaveTech, previously called Hugoton for about 3 years now using their hosting for different sites that I have worked on.

Generally I have been pleased with their service, the uptime was good, and support would reply to tickets within a few hours, normally having been able to sort your issue on the first go.

However, within the last month or two, I have noticed old, out of date MySql backups being restored, effectively wiping anything out that was added past a certain date (particually notiicable on my forum and my personal blog)... but more annoyingly, also restoring old backups of files, for example header images that have been changed turn back to ones i used a couple of months ago.

Invsriably the MySql gets switched back to the newer version but the files don't leading to a lot of down time for my sites as I have to comb back through them updating files that I already fixed.

As if this wasn't bad enough, the company has stopped replying to support tickets, the last few that I have submitted in the last couple of months have all been closed after 48 hours with no response from SmartWaveTech.

I have now stopped paying my hosting bills and am looking for another cheap host... I am disgusted at the way I feel SmartWaveTech are treating thier customers.
