Since the entirety of Kayako's SQL services including their forum, helpdesk, etc, all now appear to have conveniently gone offline I thought I'd ask here for some help.
Has anyone had an error like this before with eSupport?
"PHP Fatal error: ERROR: Could not insert all templates. - in C:Inetpubwwwrootsetupstepssetup_step5.php on line 32"
Obviously it's encoded so I haven't got a clue what's happening on line 32. The rest of the install seems to have gone quite smoothly after some initial issues with PHP.

I'm using kayako live response and i have about 4 staff members using the win app right now only 2, and my WHM service status is saying that my system is using almost 100% RAM....

This security flaw came to light at the end of October and I didn't find it posted already so thought it worth mentioning having tested the helpdesks for some sites that we use and found them to be at risk.

For anyone who doesn't know, XSS flaws that allow execution of arbitrary javascript can be exploited easily and without user knowledge to obtain information such as login details or session IDs. This could happen in various ways, including visiting an unrelated page with a simple URL that redirects to the vulnerable URL and then back again. Tools such as NoScript for FireFox may help protect against this on the client side.

I am using Kayako 2.3.5, have noticed that there is a lot of invalid addresses subscribed to my announcement. So everytime I add in an announcement, there would be hundreds of invalid emails returning. Anyone know where to check this subscription email list and how to clear those invalid ones?

I have recently leased Kayako support suite and I have not been able to get email piping to work. They have asked several times for the root password of my dedicated server and I have denied it. They now tell me they cannot help me if I do not provide them with the password. I find this very ridiculous since I know it is not safe to give that password. Is it advisable to give them the password and then change it after they get kayako working? What risks would I be going through?
