My customer's language is portuguese. On my VPS have cpanel with X and X3 theme. When I create a new account with X3 theme, cpanel default langage is english. I ask my hosting company if have a method to change cpanel default language to portuguese. They saied that is no possible. I dont know, but I think that can to have an alternative to make it, but HOW?
The point is that my website (forum) is written in Russian and hosted by American hosting provider. The situation is the following, all requests under which my website can be found in search engines are currently displayed in English only. So, they are not displayed properly for non-English language websites. The question is that if it is possible to adjust Cpanel 11 settings in to see all the requests in Awstats statistics in Russain?
Is "selectable Multi-Language" professional for a hosting company website? and does it attract more clients? I mean giving visitors a drop down menu of some major languages and allow them to select the language of your website. Is it professional to have? attract more clients?
Where do i change the language of mysql(4.0) i have WHM on a centos 5 box i checked that the current path is /usr/share/mysql/spanish and it must be /usr/share/mysql/english is there any way to do this?

I got a list of IPs from the country i want to block from blockacountry.com and i added them to my .htaccess as I have no access to PF or IP tables firewall.
I am concerned about the server load if I get too many requests from that country to access the webpage, I have been told of a better solution, blocking someone based on the browser language they use, for example for China that is "zh-CN" but I don't know how to implement this and I have not been able to find it through Google, help with this appreciated.
Second thing, anyone knows what happens when someone attempts to access a webpage from a blocked IP? Do they get a "Page not found" or "your IP is blacklisted" message?
If I block by browser language it would be good if the blocking message does not tell the user about this
(Notice that I am aware that blocking by browser language is not a perfect solution).
As far as I know this tool, Fantastico scripts and other software are included almost in all hosting packages! I know exactly that this tool supports English language. If for example my website is written in Russian, will be the Russian requests under which my website is found in Google displayed?

We just installed a new Windows 2008 r2 server with Plesk v 11.0.9. We need to install the French Language pack, but can not find how to do it. nothing in the knowledge base on this. I tried the look in the add/removing components, but it is not there.
Is there a command line program to install language packs?
Like, when you create an account, the clients cPanel says: [url](on the top).
I was wondering, any way to change that..not for a single account but all of them..kinda so when it creates a account it actually puts a different image.
I'm setting up a cPanel server and have an initial 5 IPs with the server. By default, it assigned two IPs to the nameservers, but I'm getting a bit confused as to best practice policies. Is it a bad idea to have your nameserver IPs being used for accounts?
I imagine the answer is yes, it is a bad idea, as I've not seen it done by others. I would guess the biggest reason would be that you wouldn't want a bad acocunt to get the IP blocked.
I'd like to hear opinions on the matter, as cPanel seems to be set up to automatically assign the first IP available to both the default account IP and the first nameserver.
