Can't Create Database From Every Account

I have a VPS plan of Spry .I just ordered this plan . There are some problems in my WHM .My VPS is running by WHM .
I created one small account ( Shared hosting ) with user and pass but i can not create database name and user or pass database from this account .
I also access into phpmyadmin but i can not .

In moving my site to Drupal, I have had it on a "Beta" account on the same server. I need to move the DB to the "Live" site. How do I re-assign it using the master PHPMyAdmin through WHM to change the owner of the DB from "Beta site" to "Live site"?

I have cpanel on my server but my license have some problem and I cannot login to cpanel or WHM , I have root access.

I hosted with windows hosting plan. From my control panel, I can only able to create password for database. Database name is assigned as ftp user name.
I don't know how to create tables inside that database. I can create tables using many tools in my desktop environment. But how can I create table in a database residing at server?

How can i create FTP account in Lxadmin which doesnt Have @domain.com extension?
by default, lxadmin adds it.
is there any way to create accounts without the domani.com but restricted to a directory?
i have SSH access so anyway it can be done by that?

I want to create a special FTP account as such:
- The user would only be able to view and upload to one directory, such as mysite.com/images/
- The user would only be able to upload .jpg files, no code/php/html or anything, just jpg pictures.
- There would be a limit of upload. (ie. only 50 MB of upload per day)
- The user would only be able to delete the files that he uploaded. (or the user would only be able to view the files he uploaded)

I've just run upon a problem while trying to go into my phpMyadmin from within my MySQL Databases icon.
When I try to log into phpMyadmin I get this message:

"This feature is not available while logged in with root override. You are logged in with the root, or reseller's password. Please login with this user's account password."
Also, as soon as I log into cPanel I receive a red "Warning: You are logged in using the reseller or root password." Yes, I am logging into the only account I have.
When logging in with the initial account I created I can view the MySQL dbs that I have created, but I don't have access to phpMyadmin - I get that error message. This is new because for the last two weeks - about as long as I've had this server - I have had no problem even signing in with the same user id and password. Suddenly it won't let me in.
So what do I need to do?
I created a new account, but I can't see my MySQL dbs with that new account.
I don't know how to modify my one existing account so that I can access phpMyadmin.
Any thoughts? I hope I've been clear.

I go to whm and create news account on my dedicated server and it Succeeded then try going to url but it doesn’t work it look like there are no account with this name
then I go to whm and account list try click on temporary url of account which I was create it it give me 404 any one know what is problem?

I changed my nameservers from my last domain, I deleted all the dns entries etc... and updated my hostname etc... But, when I go to create a new cpanel account, it still shows up with my own nameservers and making it with my old nameservers.
I tried going to /etc/nameserverips and they were the new nameservers. Im not sure how to fix this, any ideas?

I have this problem today after a fresh install...
I think its maybe i havent dont it proper im not sure..
But a client joined today and i have new account created auto after payment and well it says in the whmcs the user has an login and password but when i tried to login with it it said login failed
Also it trys to login to whm not cpanel with the account, even tho its set up as shared hosting in products...

I've just put all my own domains on their own server, away from my clients' domains.
I don't really want to go through 60 Cpanel accounts creating an email address for myself in each.
Is there a way to create a single pop account in each account? I seem to recall there's a way to change the default email address to fail: or blackhole: server-wide so I guess there'll be a way to create a mail account.

I'm looking to offer users on one of my websites the ability to have their own email account which would be related to the same domain.
Is there an easy way that would require no administration from myself that would allow them to choose a username and password, and then do all the cpanel setup behind the scenes?

I have a dedicated server and i want to monitoring a lot of thing.
First; there is ~110 web site account. Here is i want to know;
* How can i monitor over all visitors for accounts ?
* How can i find the account that causing hig load. I try mytop for mysql but i can't use it effectively.
* How can i find which php files running slow/causing load. If possible i want to know which account using how much cpu resource.
And please me show me a route for things like these.
