Its been more than 50 hours i have still not got a reason why they have unplugged my server out of rack.I am repeatedly mailing them to give me the reason for unplug,also escalated to there management i guess they chilling out on some beach for the weekend.

This had been my worst possible hosting experience in past 4 years.Nobody else can compete with managemybox in this aspect .They are hardly reachable via ticket system neither they have put a helpline number at the website.

I think they are running a the servers from home and they ran out power.

Please avoid managemybox if you are looking for some professional

Just a few words that I thought I might add on these 2 companies. I've been mostly a lurker on these forums but here's my 2c anyways.

Manage My Box

I've been with ManageMyBox for over a year now, and they have had great service. All my issues (except 1 so far) have been resolved quickly and professionally. I've had near-perfect uptime with them. Now back to the issue I'm having with them right now. My sites are quite small, and never progressed far enough over the past year to warrant a dedicated box. So as of yesterday, I notified them that I would be moving over to another service at the end of my billing cycle (21st of every month). Lo and behold I awoke this morning to find my server gone! I've opened an issue with them and they've just bounced it from support to sales.. with still no result today (guess noone works sundays).

Overall, I would recommend them to whoever's looking for a solid dedicated host. Just if you plan on swaping to a new service, move everything before you notify them you're cancelling.

Now I was going to swap services to WiredTree, and from all the good reviews I've read about them, I was expecting to run into few if no problems. Anyways, a long story short, I paid yesterday, was called by one of their representatives to verify by phone.

Now I'm still awaiting an email containing server information and client portal login.

I've sent them an e-mail 10 hours ago, and all I know so far is that my ticket has been sent to billing. I was under the impression when I was contacted yesterday that everything was going to be set up within hours.

I just hope that this happened b/c everyone is away on the weekend.

Now I have a nice 36hr shift to look forward to tomorrow morning so I guess I'll check-in in 2 days and update everyone as to my progress.

Managemybox Host

Managemybox is sending me unpaid bill notices every day and i'm afraid that they shut down our server. The problem is that it is a PAYPAL subscription so i don't see how i can be late in paiement since the money was taken from our account...

I was wondering if anyone had a phone number for managemybox ? because their customer panel doesn't work ( it's impossible to login ) i am unable to reply to their ticket system. And of course they NEVER reply to emails.

I'm seriously considering moving to liquidweb. It's not the same price but at least there's a phone number for customers!

15 Hours Of Downtime - ManageMyBox

Is Nick Laws here? Someone knows where to call him or managemybox.com?

I have 3 servers with them. One of them is down for almost 16 hours now, and it has been 4 hours without notice. Tech replied saying is a harddrive crash and they will replace it, I have lost a lot of dollars because all important clients on this server are running out.

Now, can someone help me contact Nick? I sent him a message a minutes ago, but his techs are nto replying and one of my clients is really in a bad mood saying he will take legal actions against me.

Anyone can say a word? This is really bad and I dont get even a reply, just a word last night saying a few hours.
