when our customers enter the domain name in this format: http://www.domain.com:8443 the page will be redirect to https://our-datacenter-default-hostname:8443.
but if they enter httpS://www.domain.com:8443 , the page don't redirect to anywhere and every things is ok.
How can I change the URL that users redirect to when they don't enter "https" in addressbar?
when I find the subscription from the admin side of PPA, if I select "Login as user" I've noticed that it is different from actually logging in as the user - for example - "add domain alias" is missing when I login as a customer - but not as an admin... I need my customers to add their own aliases and manage them - how do I add that feature to the client login side?

My server ran out of space lastnight which resulting in a MySQL shutdown on the server. After getting some of the stuff on the server moved to another one and MySQL back on, I cannot login to my Plesk panel. It worked fine before MySQL went down and of course wouldn't work at all (Even comeup) while MySQL was down. Now when I go to login, I get the correct login screen and fields and type in my stuff. After hitting enter, I get the following message:

Via SMTP, I get this error:
535 auth failure
I see this in the maillog:

I replaced the server name, username, host, and IP in the above.
Here are the steps I've tried so far.
- Changing the password using the control panel.
- Updating the number of daemons in authdaemonrc
- Restarting the services
I just upgraded my Plesk on Ubuntu (vServer) yesterday. But after the upgrade I couldn't login to the Panel anymore because all I get when I try to reach the panel (https://panel.examplesite.com:8443) is a white screen.
I rebooted the server and restarted the panel as well as Apache several times with no change.
I cannot login to Plesk server with admin credentials as it says Error: Access for administrator from address 'xx.xx.xx.xx' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied. Also I cannot SSH to server and it says connection refused.

It seems like I have got a lot of trouble with Plesk 12 on a CentOS 7 machine.
1. I could not install Plesk properly due to some drweb problem.
2. Than the smb configuration seems only to be implemented partly.
3. Suddenly FTP login is not possible anymore (503 Access denied)
And now even Apache is not running anymore!

When I try to goto mydomain.com:8443 the site looks like it's stuck in some sort of loop always refreshing and never getting to a login prompt.

I'm not able to login in webmails with shot names, in Horde, nor in RoundCube.

I must use the full email address as username

We have a new PPA installation to replace Hsphere.
One of the issues we have is most old Hsphere customers want to just go to http://cp.myppaserver.com and have it automatically redirect to https://cp.myppaserver.com:8443 as it did with Hsphere.
Ho can I achieve this with my Plesk Automation install?

After a few minutes or after specific actions Plesk shows the login screen without obvious reason. For example when I am trying to modify a file online and try to save it for the second time it always shows the login screen.
Also, when I enter the credentials I can see that the previous session(s) remain open. I have configured the session idle time to 1000 minutes, although I do not remain idle for 300 min anyway.
After a fresh install on a Debian Wheezy system, I get the following error(s) when trying to access the control panel.

Just got a new additional VPS with WHM/cPanel.
Browse to www.mydomain.com/webmail and get login box > login accepted and taken to Horde/Squirrelmail choice screen > choose Squirrelmail and get login box ... login not accepted! > Retry and choose Horde ... login not accepted!
The login is correct and the results are the same when logging in as root, or through /cPanel or /Webmail.
