I have enabled mail for himivest.com and can access my eMail via Opera Mail as a download.
However, I cannot access webmail. Typing "[uRL] ...." into the address bar of my browser (Chrome) results in the message "No input file specified."
I believe this is a PHP setup error. I have tried disabling / enabling PHP support for himivest (in accordance with [URL] .... ) but this had no effect.
What must I do to enable webmail?
i recently purchased a VPS Server from OVH, So far all is good with it, I have 4 domains parked off in a local South African Server that using DNS Records are pointing to the VPS Servers. The website etc is all displayed 100% so no issues there.My problem comes with email, Generally I use GMAIL to access all my emails using their POP3 and SMTP Feature by just putting in the details like how outlook is. Unfortunately it keeps on saying connection timed out and at times says another error to do with denying access.
So then I try accessing my email using the webmail interface, Im using mailenable and mailenable webmail, I cannot access the webmail through the panel neither can I access it using the link webmail.domain.com or webmail.domain.com/mewebmail/ as it gives the following error:
Service Unavailable: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
My setup for my emails is as follows: I have 4 domains (for example sake lets call it domain1, domain2, domain3, domain 4) now domain2,3 and 4 3 individual email addresses with no mailboxes as I set it up on plesk so that all email from there gets forwarded to main Domain calling it domain1. like info@domain1.com.In this way I do not have to open so many and all email found on one place. However I would like to make sure I can still send using the domain2 email address which logic tells me I should just need username password and the smtp settings.
But unfortunately even that when I want to set up on gmail or even outlook is giving me the same issues as mentioned above.!I googled and I looked through the forums about IIS application pool and restarting mailenable servers I did all of that but still the same error and issues, the domains have been propagated properly I waited 72hours just incase!
I have 2 webspaces on my server, www.a.com and www.b.com
I initially setup www.a.com, everything works fine and I can access the emails for a.com through webmail.a.com
Then I setup www.b.com using almost identical DNS settings, except that each domain has its own dedicated IP
Now, the problem is I am not able access webmail.b.com, the error message is server not found, why is this?
It seems that I can only access the emails for b.com using webmail.a.com
I have mailenable version 8 standard installed...
I had used Panel version 11.5.30. I unable to access Hosting Services / Domains !

We have Panel Plesk 11.5.30 in Windows 2008 R2. when you go to File Sharing in all the Subscriptions, appears this error: Internal error: Unable to access File Sharing repository with the system user name "admin": wrong username or password

We have a server with a hdd issue. It is showing up as drive O but we can not access it. It seems like the NTFS is corrupt or something. Windows does recgonise there is a drive and labels it but thats about it..how can we recover this?

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Nothing as far as i can see has changed on the server.
I cant access plesk control panel due to network restrictions but have command line access.

Today my clients are not able to send mail via webmail. The message below is received no matter what email address is placed in the To: field.
There was an error sending your message: Message could not be delivered - the address was not found, is unknown, or is not receiving messages.
I have re-started all services. Note that they are able to send via outlook. Seems to just be webmail.

I want to secure the webmail access (webmail.mydomain.com) with an SSL certificate. In this case, a self signed certificate should be enough because the users using the webmail will trust it.
Latest Plesk 12 and Windows Server 2012 R2, MailEnable WebMail as shipped with Plesk. Horde Webmail.
How would I set this up? I found no setting to enable SSL for the webmail subdomain. And I can not add it as subdomain and assign the self-signed certificate on it (Plesk panel does not allow webmail.mydomain.com as subdomain as it is already in use).

If I restart with ssh /etc/init.d/psa start and I check plesk_11.5.30_reset_instance_data.log

I want to try Mailenable on the PleskServer, so i installed the feature, but know when I am calling the webmailer with http:webmail.domainname.de works fine, but when I try https://webmail.domainname.de i become a Not found: HTTP Error 404. I recently upgraded to version 11.0. Since the upgrade, I am not longer able to to create Sub-Domains. I did this all the time with version 10x with NO issues whatsover, but now I get the following error when trying to create a subdomain:

I seem to have an error with backing up to my personal FTP repository. I have only just noticed the issue, but i believe it originated when I upgraded Plesk Panel 11 to Plesk Panel 12. I am currently running version 12.0.18 on Cent OS 6.5.

View 7 Replies View RelatedAll my cPanel webmail programs (roundcube, squirrel mail and horde) are not able to send e-mails. I can send through POP3 fine, but these programs just can't send mail. I've done some googling and found that if I edit the squirrelmail config to use sendmail it should work - which it does. So really, I've got squirrel mail to work, but the problem still exists for the other two webmail programs.
I think it's some sort of a problem with SMTP, but I'm not too sure.
If you've experienced this before or know how to fix it,
