this seems far too good to be true.
Few questions:
1) What is the difference between a VPS and a Dedicated.
2) Why are their prices so cheap. $15.95 for a VPS and $39.95 for a dedicated? Should be atleast 4-5 times that price. So what's the deal here?
Alright well, I want to go with the VPS, if I do, will I be able to host my own counter-strike source server off of it? That's all I need to do, a single server.

Last week I began to use dedicated server, and this is the first time
I use dedicated server.
when I encounter something I dont know
they provide me with great support.
I figurer out I am not used to dedicated server.
so I decided to cancel the account.
and they give my money back in 10 minutes.

I have had a budget server on servebydesign.net for 3 or 4 months now. I am not keeping it because I have moved my sites to a smaller VPS, also with servebydesign.net, but I thought I would comment on the service I did have.
Server setup was fast: approximately 3 hours to be up and running. Everything was nice and clean, no problems at all. The VPS I purchased this month was less than 2 hour setup.
Network: At the beginning I had some trouble with very low throughput in my evenings. It turned out to be a user abusing their server (on the same switch I was on). That was corrected, and I have since had no problems at all, with the exception of 1.5 hours of downtime this month due to a faulty switch. Ping times to Toronto were always reasonable .. not as fast as Chicago, but faster than my stupid ISP can route to Toronto servers.
Support: Always responded within an hour for minor issues and within 30 hours with a fix for the couple of more serious questions I had. No problems there. I don't know about support overnight as I never tried it.
Basically, my time there has been almost problem free, and any problems I have dealt with were done in a timely and effective fashion.
I am VERY happy with their new VPS offering as well, and will be happy to bring a review of that when I have had it a big longer.
If you require a budget service with good support, I can say that I have had a really good experience with servebydesign, and I hope you do too.
the site I had there was [url], along with a few others that I host for friends and family, and as backups to my main server for select clients. Those sites are now on the VPS.
