Anyone Using Directspace.net

I start using directspace.net just few days ago.
My dedicate server hang up while I was setting up and I sent a reboot request with emergency flag.
It has been almost 5 hours but they haven't done anything so far. I called their 1800 phone number but no one answer it.
Is there anyone using their service? Just wondering what is the expected time to get a support from them?

Which one has a better network and support ?
I am want to rent a dedicated server so the network and the tech. support are very important.

looking for guys like directspace but who allow adult content
directspace.net so far is amazing 10TB for $99
however they do not allow adult sites.....real bummer.
im looking for something exactly like directspace but that allow adult content.
