BitTorrent itself is legal but in SOME sites files shared are illegal and i am NOT going to be one of them.Please try an understand a hard suffering person trying to find a host day and night which meets his requirements
I am planning to share CRICKET torrents via my website [for all north americans out there its a game like soccer] so now then i have a good vBulletin Torrent tracker script which i can use but i am having a hard time finding someone who allows torrents
My budget is 20$ i am a student [grade 9 one] and hell no i can not afford dedicated server maybe a vps..

I wanted some recommendations on a VPS for torrent flux or something?
at least 40GB
fast up and down speed
at least 100GB bandwidth a month
and as cheap as possible, since im a student.

Are there any quite cheap Dedicated Server providers that allow torrents on their servers? I'm not talking here about ub3r h4x0r torrents with games and such.
But it could happen since I want to sell Shell accounts for torrent download/upload, so the company policy towards that should not be anything like a reactivation fee, rather a notice so I can take care of the problem ASAP.

i`m on the lookout for hosting for a torrent tracker site..
first of all must be offshore..russia, china, malaysia, netherlands and sweden...
guide me to some good hosting..must have enough bandwith..
i don`t specify he price cause i`m not sure yet how much..i wanted to see the "market" first..

Would anyone have an idea how much resources it would take to seed 1000 - 2000 torrents ?
The bandwidth is not the problem, i am mostly concerned with what kind of box i should get. should i concentrate more on ram or more on cpu or do i need both?
