Cold Fusion Hosting
Aug 18, 2007reliable hosting platform for Cold Fusion 6 or higher, can anyone suggest a solution? The client will have 200-300 items for sale running a MySQL databse, storage around 10 gigs? (not sure yet).

Mar 19, 2007Our IT guy at our company is on vacation in HK and now im the temp..
AND iv brought down our website.. its cold fusion.
I was trying to add pictures to it in the windows enviroment when I would get access denyed when adding a picture (or any file) to the folder, so I right clicked that folder when I was logged in as an ADMIN, and added myself to access that folder, IN DOING SO, i think a few users were removed.. dont know how, down know why,
Now, when i access the website i get:

Fusion-io : IoDRIVE Versus IoXtreme Versus Intel's X25-E
Jul 31, 2009if anyone has insight or comments about Fusion-io's ioDRIVE versus their ioXtreme drive. If you do, I would appreciate reading your thoughts on this.
The ioDRIVE is their enterprise product while the ioXtreme drive is being marketed to the consumer market. Both seem to be extremely impressive products.
My main question is whether or not an ioXtreme is suitable for web server use. The ioDRIVE is made for server use and is much more expensive, so is not only a bit less attractive because of the cost but also a bit out of my reach, financially, at this point.
So, what do you think about the ioXtreme being used in a web server? Any reason that this might be a bad idea?
Would Intel's X25-E be a better solution than the ioXtreme? The ioXtreme is PCIe based & the X25-E is a SATA drive.
