After months of fighting this company against their ripoff tactics, their disgusting treatment of clients and poor business performance I believe I have found a way to make our prescence known, as I know a lot of people as well as me have had great trouble with this company and its unethical practises.
I now have a direct number to the person that rents Digitalvisionhostings servers, I had a chat to her on the phone today and she was most interested to hear about the complaints.
Obviously the more people that complain directly to her, the more chance we have of getting this person shut down as he should not be allowed to take peoples money and not supply a service, then email them profanity abuse.
I am not sure if it is ok to post the number here, so if anyone would like to pm or mail me Id be happy to discuss it with them then.

I have several websites running on Linux hosting with cPanel, that were developed as static .html files, where for ease of maintenance (use of includes) and future improvements I want the pages treated as .php. On one server I use, I just put:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .html .shtml
into the .htaccess file and the pages were treated as .php, exactly what I wanted.
The other sites are on a cPanel reseller account at iVhosting.com. When I tried this there, it didn't work. I tried some other ideas suggested by Google, which resulted in the .php files being downloaded as text files. I contacted iVhosting support, who stated: "you will not be able to do this on our server since we use phpsuexec/suphp for more security. PHP pages have to have .php extension."
So what can I do? I can't rename the pages all to .php because this would break incoming links and destroy the page's PR. Creating a permanent redirect for each page to the same name with .php extension would create a very large .htaccess and be extremely tedious to do.

well its really not nice to write down my story here, but i really dont know what to do now.
It started in July 2008, i got a nice offer from ecatel for a 1u colocation server.
We managed everything by e-mail and i sent the 1500euro Server to Amsterdam by DHL or UPS, cant remember...
Everything was fine, the Server arrived, and it was online a few days after i sent the box.
After a short time online, i started complaining about packet loss and bad speeds also offline times. They told me it will be solved soon.
after 2 Weeks it was still not solved. It tooked a whole night to send a .tgz file from germany to amsterdam.
I still opened some tickets, also opened a few threads here at WHT to test my server with http links.
They told me, that all sucks, and they want me to cancel my contract with them.
I said OK, i found a new provider, please send me my box back. They said OK, we will do it asap.
That was on 2008/25/09!
Now after like 30 Tickets and endless empty promises from ecatel i still dont have my server back!
Not to mention the not-working phone number...
My new provider also wanted to pick up the Server 2 times from Ecatels Datacenter at a given date and time! But noone from ecatel was ever there!
WTF! where is the problem to send the Server back to me, or make it ready for pick up? i will pay the $30, no problem!
Thats my experience with the provider ecatel....
Oh and btw, every new ticket i create will either get closed or set to on hold without telling me whats up.

I have a domain when we send mail through any email id of this domain to Gmail it goes to spam folder but in yahoo and hotmail it goes into inbox folder.So how i whitelist my domain in gmail so my mails go into inbox.
I have also submitted this require or issue in gmail support but no answer.

I have problem, because all e-mails I send from my server (even using e-mail client) to hotmail.com mailboxes are moved to "junk mail" folder. I tried all settings mentioned at [url]... My domain has SPF records (mails pass spf tests), rev-dns and it isn't blacklisted anywhere. My domain name is fusker.pl. What should I do ? I contacted Hotmail, but it'll probably take ages to get answer from them This issue is serious, because 90% of ppl on my mailing list uses hotmail.com To make everything even more interesting, e-mails from my other server don't reach hotmail.com mailboxes at all (everything is configured right and there is no error msg in logs, only "message queued for delivery") - however I don't care about it right now, because there are no active websites on it.

and as it seems to be a few months old, more than enough time to get a new design, i will be reporting Megapowerhosting to their data center for ripping the Geek Rack design. now, i could care less what people think of Geek Rack at this point, but, I was the designer that Shequeita referred to in the thread, and stated that i never gave consent to use the layout. So, that is correct. it was ripped, and she owns the layout, as do I.
yes, geekrack is no longer, but, it doe NOT change the fact that the design was ripped. I tried to contact this Brian (chopperb) via his live support, but, he immediately closed the chat and signed off so that he would not have to talk to me. i did a whois and tried to call him, but, the contact number was disconnected.
so, here is my warning:
BRIAN, YOU HAVE TILL MONDAY, JULY 7, 208 TO REMOVE THE LAYOUT RIP, OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR DATA CENTER AND SHUT DOWN.
i never gave you permission to use my design, so, take it down immediately, or you can pay me for the layout. btw, not only did you steal my layout and design, you did a terrible job trying to make it look different. you just made it look like crap, but, you can tell that it is still the same layout, especially when i see you using the same price badges i specifically created for GR.
