Does anyone know if the TARPIT module in patch-o-matic even works with the new kernels?

I seen somewhere said it doesnt work but 2.6.0 and 2.4 kernels. I know I tried to patch it and just didnt compile. Tried few times repatching fresh source and all, would always fail on make. The iptables patched worked though

I was checking out this article here, looks like it would be an awesome deny feature
