SofLayer Is Unprofessional DC

I has got problems with support from SofLayer from many, many times. I hosted my decicate server on different DC providers and thay are worst. Their's support work very slow, they was problem with easy realise my problems. I have commissioned recompilation PHP on my server 15 days ago and to day I has many problems with server. I loose my optimaze configuration, lose annex function and all configuration. Today I peaople from support install for me php5 as default, but I pleased first (main jobs from 15 days ago) to install php4 as default and php5 as CGI. There is disturbingm peaople from there don't write all ticket and many another persons from support contact with me to try realise problem.

So many of you may remember the bad outage that happened back in January. The servers went down, I personally had to take charge of the situation and try to bargain with LSN to keep the servers up so we can all take our data out. LSN, said that we had to pay to get the server back up. And the thing is that if the server wasn't paid for that night, all of our data would be erased.
So I had to fork out over $300 just to pay this guys server bill.(And thanks to the few people that pitched some money).
He said that he'd pay me back by February 14. So I was like alright w.e. So I called him a few days before, and he basically said he was tight on cash and he'd surely have the money by February 28. So, I was like alright, so I'll let him pay me back by the 28th.
Now it March, I continuously call him, and no response. I got his wife a few times and she keeps saying that he isn;t in... I even opened a support ticket. I got a response from a hired Tech support agent that said he'll pass my message on to Mike. Still No response...
My tip to all of you, is stay FAR from dealings with Resellerways. They might be really cheap and you may say they're rock bottom, but their service is rock bottom too.
