Moccp

I wanted to know if moccp.com have a great service. I'm planning to buy a 250gb dedicated server but I haven't got a reply back trough PM for the last 4 days. I also send them a e-mail a month ago but also heard nothing from them. I don't expect to receive an email within 1 hour but I would appriciate it if I receive one back at the same day. How many people are part of the Moccp service? And do they have great servers?
