IPB 1.3- Placement Of Adsense

I want to insert adsense of any such code in my IPB 1.3 ... but that cant be done from board wrapper , i want to do it by editing FUNCTION.php file ..
The placement of the ad should be , as in following snapshot .. i have done it before years .. but now i have forgotten !
i have to add code somewhere in function.php file ...

telling after which line in function.php of IPB 1.3 , i should do the edits in order to get ads where i want as above!

We are not rack dense in a standard 42 rack.
We currently put 2U solid spacers on the front. As well, I run the switch with the ports facing frontward and use a cable manager on top and bottom of the switches.
I can see from some of your pics in the other thread....that you place the networking equipment in reverse. It depends on how the fan is facing on the networking equipment as
I don't like to have fans facing the inlet portion of the rack.
Any theories or practices ya'll follow?

I have 3 websites redirected to one.. all 3 websites have wordpress installed but I already redirected these sites to my other blog...
Strange thing is, I am still getting adsense impressions in these sites...

Since they had opened it up to everybody, I am adding Google Adsense for domains to one of my spare domain names. I am unable to edit my A and CNAME records myself, so always just email my host to do it. The setup guide is here and my host is having problems.
Google wants you to setup 4 different A records, but my host claims they can only do one on a shared linux server running BIND DNS.
Is this just a limitation of using shared hosting or are we missing something obvious? Why can I not just add one of the A records and miss out the other three?
