How To Trigger ModSecurity2

I did an installation of modsecurity2 with modsecurity-console and dont seem to find a way to test this. I want to make sure modsecurity is getting trigered in case of an event.

How can I send multiple requests that will trigger a ModSecurity rule?

I am using Cpanel and Linux

Is there any way to place a watch on a folder so that whenever a file is added to it, a script is fired?

Is it possible to make it so that the script is run by a different user from the current one?
