Hosteasier website, is this an offshoot of Hostforweb?

The plans seem very similar, they also use the same Equinix facilities in Chicago.

Their vps plans are several dollars cheaper than Hostforweb, despite being exactly the same.

Just wondering is this the same support team that operates at Hostforweb?

Anyone host with them or have info they can share about Hosteasier?

I had never heard of them before until I was searching for some Hostforweb reviews, when this name popped up twice.
