I cancelled my vps via email and ticket system only to find their service was down at the time of submission, So i got in contact with them and they agreed to refund me on the 20th July, I have been in contact since with Edward Tobia who has also stated yes I will get the refund and i'm still waiting he keeps promising and promising and nothing and everytime I contact him theres some other excuse as to why it's not been down, All over the weekend the live chat was either brb or away, I finally got him on msn last night around 3 hours I had about 5 answers from him, he then went offline and hasn't been back since, so we submitted another ticket which has been mysteriously deleted yet again and their live support is brb and has been for a while. I have been waiting since the 20th July for this refund and have been very very patient, I have logs of every convo and ticket since then.

EuroSrv BAD SUPPORT

EuroSrv has the worst support. I asked them to do 1 simple thing there saying that My password doesn't work and i never even logged into the vps. They got in and they said wait 1-2 hours. If i wanted to wait 1-2 hours i would of installed that crap my self. They still never installed it after 14 hours.
