Vps Quotes
Apr 17, 2007I'm interested in quotes for VPS service:
- Operating System: Centos 4.4
- Memory Required: 256MB
- Disk Space Required: 2GB
- IP Addresses: 1
- Bandwidth: 4000GB and burstable to 8000GB (monthly data transfer)
I need at least 8 of these accounts to meet my needs. I'd like to spread the risk around by using multiple VPS providers. This is a streaming radio application.
This radio application will be hosted on a dedicated server from a company which gives us free bandwidth during their off peak hours (currently between noon and midnight PST). We are looking to use a VPS solution to host the radio streams from midnight to noon.
Our application is EXTREMELY sensitive to packet loss. Latency in the neighborhood of 120-200ms to the west coast of the united states can be tolerated but packet loss is unacceptable.
